In just another in a long line of stories coming out of the United Nations, the director of the United Nationa Migration Agency has issued a veiled attack against US President Donald Trump as he claims that mass migration from other countries into the US via the UN's policies is in our "national interest."
William Lacy Swing, director of the United Nationa Migration Agency, took a shot at President Trump recently over Trump's stand against the flow of mass migration into the US, saying it was in our "national interest" and was based on “false stereotypes and unfounded fear.”
According to Breitbart, Swing, a former US diplomat said, “People say … we don’t want any migrants, build a wall and burn the bridge,” Swing sneered. “They identify [migrants] as ‘the other’. That is a big fear."
“It is very toxic in nature, built on a lot of false stereotypes that they are coming to take our jobs and bringing in criminal elements, probably bringing in diseases. None of which was proved,” he added.
Not proved? Is this guy serious? Trump was exactly right on the issue of MS-13. Apparently, Swing is completely clueless as to the crimes of the illegal aliens coming into the country.
Jack Montgomery writes:
The statement seems incredible, considering the ferocious violence which migration-background organised gangs like MS-13 are known to employ in the United States, or the mass sex attacks by migrants on New Year’s Eve in Germany, among other examples.
In terms of disease, it has also long been established that mass migration from the Global South is worsening public health in the West, with migrants known to have doubled the rate of HIV, trebled the rate of tuberculosis, and increased by twentyfold the rate of hepatitis B in the United Kingdom as long ago as 2003.
"Migrants are [the] ultimate agents of development,” Swing said. “[Migration] is inevitable, but also necessary."
“It is in [the] national interest," Swing added. "And it is absolutely desirable if we have the right policies rather than being stuck in the past, he."
Well, the issue of immigration is one that the united States determines per our Constitution through lawful legislation that Congress enacts and the president enforces. It is none of the UN's concern how the US carries out the enforcement of its laws concerning those coming into our country, especially when it comes to a criminal element like MS-13, or those carrying diseases that could create an epidemic in our country.
Last week, Trump spoke of criminal illegals pouring into our country, like those of the MS-13 gang, at a meeting with sheriffs, saying, "We have people coming into the country, or trying to come in — and we're stopping a lot of them — but we're taking people out of the country. You wouldn't believe how bad these people are. These aren't people. These are animals. And we're taking them out of the country at a level and at a rate that's never happened before. And because of the weak laws, they come in fast, we get them, we release them, we get them again, we bring them out. It's crazy."
He was ripped apart in the media as they sought to rip his comments from their context and apply them to every immigrant that enters the country, which is not what Trump said.
The UN has recently been quietly advancing international gun confiscation, as well as seeking to implement global climate change policies they can enforce. All of these are attacks not only on American sovereignty but every country's sovereignty.
Swing should stick to something he knows about, and we should begin a hard push right now to get the US out of the UN and off our shores!Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook, Google Plus, & Twitter. You can also get Freedom Outpost delivered to your Amazon Kindle device here.
