On Sunday, President Donald Trump took a jab at the House Freedom Caucus, Club for Growth and the Heritage Foundation claiming that they "saved Planned Parenthood & Ocare!" Nothing could be further from the truth!
Trump tweeted, "Democrats are smiling in D.C. that the Freedom Caucus, with the help of Club For Growth and Heritage, have saved Planned Parenthood & Ocare!"

The fact of the matter is that Planned Parenthood was not just getting funding via Obamacare.
Let's conduct a little history, shall we? Planned Parenthood is the name given to the organization in 1942 after it began as the American Birth Control League in 1921. That made it far more palatable to the American people following the arrest and conviction of founder Margaret Sanger and other co-defendants for distributing obscene materials at their clinic.
After the death of Sanger, Alan Grank Guttmacher became president of the organization in 1962. It was during that time the unconstitutional can criminal Food and Drug Administration approved the sale of birth control pills. It was also a time when Planned Parenthood began to lobby the central government to support providing birth control. Again, that is something that Constitution does not give authority for the government to provide.
All of the lobbying brought about the signing of Title X, or more commonly known as “Population Research and Voluntary Family Planning Programs,” by President Richard Nixon in 1970, which provided government subsidies to low-income women to use in "family planning services."
Once abortions were considered "legal," but still unlawful, Planned Parenthood immediately began to get into the business of paid hitmen as abortion providers.
While the government claims that Planned Parenthood can't use the money for abortions, how can they distinguish which dollars go to what? They can't. So, this brings us full circle. Planned Parenthood has been funded since the 70's, long before Obamacare was even a thought.
RINOCare, which was backed by Trump and the RINOs in Congress, would not have fully ended funding to Planned Parenthood anymore than the bill actually repealed Obamacare or protected your rights concerning guns.
What it would have done is left most of Obamacare intact, expanded the socialistic Medicaid program and left lots of things undone. Mind you, all of that is unconstitutional, and before you argue with me about it, show it to me in the powers granted by Congress to be funding any of this stuff. You can begin right here where they are listed.
No, Democrats are smiling in DC because the President and the House Republicans looked like a bunch of elementary school kids attempting to program a super computer, but one had to expect such. Trump has said he wants universal healthcare, something the Constitution knows nothing of and that most Republicans reject. The House did their little dog and pony show with the Ryan bill, but neglected the one bill that would have killed all of Obamacare immediately, which continues to die a slow death in the Subcommittee on Indian, Insular and Alaska Native Affairs.
Keep in mind that Paul Ryan is one, along with former Speaker John Boehner, who voted to fully fund Obamacare not once, but several times!
Freedom Caucus leader ep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), said in a statement Friday that he promised his constituents "a full repeal" of Obamacare. Good for him! The group is sticking to their promise, unlike what the president and many Republicans in Congress are doing.
Trump has praised Planned Parenthood in the past.
"Planned Parenthood does some very good work," he said previously regarding funding of Planned Parenthood. "But I would defund as long as they're doing abortions."
Well, birth control pills are abortifacients Mr. President. So, if they continue to provide those, will you continue to fund? We also know they hardly even provide prenatal care. We are also aware that they sell the parts and organs of murdered babies from their clinics. Yet, while those who exposed them were investigated and charged under the Obama administration, why is the Trump administration not going after every single person involved in not just the murder of the unborn, but the illegal trafficking of body parts? That is a crime! Even the Senate Judiciary Committee agrees the organization should be criminally prosecuted, something that is part of the Executive Branch that President Trump oversees.
Mr. President, your tweet was shameful! The power rests with you and Congress to eliminate all funding to Planned Parenthood in your budget that is going to add $10 trillion in new debt, and to prosecute them for their crimes against the law. Will you do that, or will you seek someone else to blame for funding and allowing such a murder mill to go unprosecuted? The choice and responsibility is completely yours. Also, your promise to repeal Obamacare is still waiting to be filled. That means a full and complete repeal, such as Rep. Steve King (R-IA) has put forth. Why will you let that simple piece of legislation die when it does exactly what you promised you would do? Is it because you want it to die? If no mention of it is made, then I can only assume that is exactly what you want.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook, Google Plus, & Twitter.
