Pedro and Gui Valente, the brothers who started Gracie Jiu-jitsu in Miami and are now have affiliates all across the nation, sat down to discuss the “Stand your ground” law, but unlike pundits who simply speak about the law in terms of a firearm, the Valente brothers point out that it applies to even those that are unarmed. In light of the George Zimmerman / Trayvon Martin incident, I think this video is very timely. They present well-reasoned arguments for their conclusion and I think that whether you carry a firearm or not, this will be valuable information for you to consider. For those living in states that demand you “safely retreat,” after hearing this, you may want to share it with your legislators and get them onboard with “Stand your ground” in your state.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook, Google Plus, & Twitter.
