How many Cosmonauts did the Soviets kill by taking chances the US never would? There is no accomplishment by the United States that the NYT, WAPO and the rest of the MSM will not dump all over.
Every single thing that this country has accomplished is being torn down by the claim of racism and sexism, and the talking heads on cable news nod their heads approvingly. Does every single event, past and present, now need a racial and/or a gender angle?
America may have put the first man on the moon, but the Soviet Union sent the first woman, the first Asian man, and the first black man into orbit — all years before the U.S. would follow suit https://t.co/DrTZYxvbD7

The 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission has brought with it some out-of-this-world super-woke hot takes. The Washington Post got things started by pointing out that the first manned moon landing was actually pretty racist and sexist. The New York Times then said to WaPo “hold our beer” by launching their own hot take more scorching than the surface of Mercury about gender bias in the early space program. The NY Times is keeping their space wokeness going with another doozy. More
Twitter responds:
The LEFT cannot wait to say: They forgot the LGBTQ, 50 other genders, Muslims, etc. The Russian were racists!

So now we are celebrating the Soviet Union in the New York Times… how the mighty have fallen.

Because they killed dozens of men and women in untested that died in space or burned up in reentry in horrible firey deaths and we waited until we were pretty sure our missions weren’t guaranteed to kill the pilots

It’s almost like the editorial staff there at the NYT’s is trying to subtlety insinuate that the USSR was a better country than the USA back in the day.

All while persecuting people in my family & kidnapping/interrogating/holding my mother hostage, preventing her from earning a living, threatening to kill her and anyone she loved for being Jewish. Yes let’s look to the Soviet Union as a beacon of civil rights. Are you on drugs ????

Pretty sure they have us beat at murdering 100 million of their citizens, too.

Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook and Twitter, and follow our friends at RepublicanLegion.com.The USSR also murdered millions and starved millions more, and nearly brought the world to the brink of extinction through incompetent and malicious nuclear policies. They made everyone equally enslaved and miserable under the socialist system.
But sure, diversity & equality.
