Ted Cruz Considers another Ineligible Man for Vice President

It appears that Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) is now considering another constitutionally ineligible man to be on the ticket with him, should he win the nomination.

After going at it with each other during the primaries, it seems that things are starting to heal between Cruz and Florida Senator Marco Rubio. Rubio appeared on Mark Levin’s show and told him that Cruz was the only conservative left in the race and he hoped that delegates at the Convention in Cleveland would nominate him for the GOP candidate.

On the flip side, Senator Cruz appeared on CNN alongside Anderson Cooper and was asked about Marco Rubio as a possible VP pick.

“Marco Rubio just yesterday said he hopes, quote, ‘they’ll nominate a conservative and the only one that fits that criteria’ is you,” said Cooper. “Is there a chance we could see a Cruz/Rubio unity ticket? The two of you could cut a deal in which he gives you his delegates?”

“I think very, very highly of Marco,” Cruz answered. “I appreciated those kind comments he made. He’s an amazing communicator. One of the best communicators in the Republican Party. And he ran a campaign that inspired millions across this country. It inspired me.”

“When he ran for senate in 2010, his underdog race in Florida inspired me,” added Cruz. “It was one of the inspirations that led me to run two years later in Texas. I think in world of Marco.”

“Is that really true?” Cooper queried. “You had tough words during the campaign. Is that part of how it works?”

“It’s a campaign,” responded Cruz. “He was trying to beat me. I was trying to beat him. That’s what happens in a campaign. I consider Marco a friend.”

Then, Cooper asked the question, “Could you see a Cruz/Rubio ticket?”

“Anyone would naturally look at Marco as one who would be a terrific person to consider for VP,” said Cruz. “We’re in the process of considering a number of different options… He would be someone you’d be a fool not to look at seriously. He’s very, very talented.”

Now, clearly, Cruz is being very gracious to Marco Rubio. The reality is that Rubio was a member of the Gang of Eight and tried to push through some of the most ridiculous things in his bill that one can imagine. In fact, it was Ted Cruz who exposed a $5,000 penalty for hiring citizens over legalized aliens. Furthermore, when it came to the specifics of the bill, Rubio didn’t even have a clue what was in the thing. Should we even bring up Rubio’s horrible record of failing to show up for votes in the Senate?

The fact of the matter is that both men, Cruz and Rubio, are constitutionally ineligible for the office of president. I’ve dealt with this, and so have others, in numerous articles. While others have abandoned what they put forward during the questioning of Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah’s eligibility, I and others have remained consistent on the issue. We made it known the very day that both of these men made their announcement for running for the office.

What’s even more telling is that Cruz wants to tell everybody that we’re all American citizens, and that is to translate into being a natural born citizen, it seems that he has already declared that anchor baby Marco Rubio really doesn’t fit the bill when it comes to birthright citizenship.

America, we let one ineligible guy in the Oval Office for eight years. Are we going to now allow two of them in the White House?
