Sharia law allows for a man to punish a female accordingly if he suspects that she has lost her virginity. It can be by stoning, flogging, or murder, it doesn’t matter. Sharia is what allowed Saudi Islamic Iman Fayhan al-Ghamdi to brutally murder his 5-year old daughter and be justified in doing so by the courts. Fayhan al-Ghamadi was sentenced to 8 years in prison and 800 lashes for the callous, and brutal murder of his young daughter. The Iman was ordered to pay his ex-wife, the child’s mother, a sum of $270,ooo in “blood money” for her death. He paid the money and now he’s a free man. This is sharia, murder justified based on an assumption of lost virginity, and a punishment made null and void with a cash payment. It doesn’t get any more twisted than this.
Saudi Iman Fayhan al-Ghamdi should be suffering in a Saudi prison right now, receiving the 800 lashes he was to be punished with for the horrific murder of his baby daughter. Her suffering was so intense and so brutal, no human person should ever have to endure. But he did it because he could under Sharia. Now he’s a free man.
According to some reports, al-Ghamdi had suspected his daughter had lost her virginity and had tortured her accordingly.
It was reported that al-Ghamdi had suspected his daughter of losing her virginity and had beaten her and molested her in response.
It was even suggested that he had raped her himself, although this was denied by Lama’s mother.
This savage monster crushed his daughter’s skull, broke her back, bruised, and burned her body. One wouldn’t dream of doing this to a dog. Does her life not mean anything? He should be swinging from the rafters, but he paid his “blood money,” his Diyyah. With this, the victim is compensated and all is forgiven. This is Sharia justice. Suspecting a five year old of losing her virginity is outrageous, but this alone is enough to justify his crime. All he had to do was pay the money, and he only spent three months in jail.
The money is considered compensation under Islamic law, although it is only half the amount that would have been paid if Lama had been a boy.
Despite the fact Saudi Arabia hands out sentences of capital punishment, fathers cannot be executed for murdering their children in the country, Women to Drive said.
That’s right, fathers cannot be executed for killing their own children. Husbands cannot be executed for murdering their wives either under Sharia law. This is an “honor killing” at its most horrific, a five year old tortured and maimed at the hands of her own father. Just like Fayad al-Ghamdi, all one must do is pay the money and expect to be set free.
The preacher – who is considered a celebrity in Saudi Arabia and often appears on Saudi television – admitted he used a cane and cables to inflict the injuries after doubting his five-year-old daughter’s virginity and taking her to a doctor, according to the campaign group Women to Drive.
Lama died ten months later.
Little Lama al-Ghamdi died the most brutal death at the hands of her father. He spared her no mercy, and because of his atrocity she suffered for 10 months before finally passing away. Now he’s free to appear again on television as a celebrity in Saudi Arabia, with the blood of his daughter dripping from his hands. But will this effect his status? It’s doubtful. He was merely doing his duty according to Islamic law.
The Times reported sources in the Saudi capital Riyadh as saying the royal family has been outraged over the release, with senior members intervening to ensure a stricter punishment is given.
One source told the newspaper, “The royal court is now looking at the case. He [al-Ghamdi] will stay in prison for a long time.”
The international community need not hold its breath. The Iman is a free man now, having only served time since November 2o13. Rape, torture, and murder are all permissible under Islamic sharia law. There is nothing else to take away from this horrific story that further highlights the religion from Hell, Islam.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook, Google Plus, & Twitter.
