The dream has died for young Democrats the nation over this week. Their hero, their revolutionary stands vanquished.

“It’s just hard to understand. Hard to comprehend. Hard to wrap your head around,” he said.
Neems even gave a nod to the “powers that be” in his assessment, parroting a widely held theory that the Democratic establishment is out to get Sanders.
“He got millions of votes and his message resonates with young voters, but there were things that couldn’t necessarily be controlled,” Neems added. “It’s clear that the progressive movement is growing even if this is a setback.”
Sanders has yet to officially concede as of yet, which could set his supporters up for an even more rambunctious reaction later in the race, as they begin to envisions wild scenarios where Bernie could still rise to the occasion.
