On Saturday I wrote about the threats that have erupted about murdering National Rifle Association President Daivd Keene and members of the NRA. It seems that particular Professor at the University of Rhode Island by the name of Erik Loomis began a Twitter rant calling for NRA Vice President Wayne LaPierre’s “head on a stick.” He also called the NRA a “terrorist organization.”
According to Twitchy, Loomis Tweeted the following (his account has been terminated since the Tweets):
WARNING STRONG LANGUAGE

rmccrory I was heartbroken in the first 20 mass murders. Now I want Wayne LaPierre's head on a stick.—

Obviously this professor didn’t learn anything from the man who ranted at the sweet girl from Chik-fil-a earlier in the year and he reflects poorly on his mother and father with such vile language. Frankly I am more concerned that a liberal like this guy will take up a gun and go on a shooting spree, than I am of one NRA member. By the way, I’m a card carrying member of the NRA too, so according to this guy I’m a terrorist!
The question I have is, when will the Obama administration start investigating these nut jobs who are making open threats against others? I’m not going to hold my breath that they will because it’s people like Mr. Loomis, Mr. Lanza and a host of others that they thrive on, hoping they will do something that will allow them the opportunity to push their agenda forward.
With that said, it seems the professor attempted to back peddle a bit and his Tweet was captured before the account was closed.
There should be outrage and people demanding that Professor Loomis be fired from the University and an investigation conducted into the threats of this man. He is demonstrating that he has the mentality of a terrorist to openly proclaim what he has.
