Last night two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing were chased in Watertown, Masscahusetts. Bombs were detonated and a shootout took place. One of the suspects, Tamerlan Tzarnaev, 26 was killed as police say he rushed them and they thought he was attempting a suicide bombing. There is still a manhunt for his brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19. Both suspects are Muslim and from the area of Chechnya in Russia. But today there is a string of bomb threats and neutralizing of bombs across the United States that you may not have heard about.
Pamela Geller comments on the fact that even the New York Times is having to report on jihad:
Apparently targeting, mutilating and slaughtering women and children falls under that category. Even the NY Times is reporting on jihad, but I am switching back between all the major networks and there is a complete disconnect to motive. Criminal negligence. The war is here and they continue to disarm the American people.
New York Times reports:
"Both brothers have substantial presence on social media. On Vkontakte, Russia's most popular social media platform, the younger brother, Dzhokhar, describes his worldview as "Islam" and, asked to identify "the main thing in life," answers "career and money." He lists a series of affinity groups relating to Chechnya, and lists a verse from the Koran, "Do good, because Allah loves those who do good." "
The boys' father claimed they were very "religious." Well I suppose that if they are guilty of doing what they are suspected of doing then they have demonstrated just how devout they are in what took place last night in Watertown. He said that "all hell will break loose" if his son, who is still at large, is killed.
As I told you just after the bombing, my suspicions was that it was the work of jihadists, even though other media outlets were claiming it was purely government entities and still others were claiming that it was the work of "right wing extremists."
The interesting thing in all of this is still how many Americans do not think that Islam is a threat here. A couple of months ago, I wrote about a Muslim man who beheaded two people in New Jersey. His girlfriend said, "He was an awesome person, awesome with kids, and he would never harm anyone, not even an animal. What I saw on TV and what I read I could not believe. That is not his character, and I don't think he has done such a crime."
Really? Couldn't believe it?
Well now the same thing is being said about Tzarnaev. A former friend and classmate of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev said that he was just a "normal guy." The media even put the boy's aunt on television to claim "they couldn't have done this."
I did find her comments interesting as she claimed to be involved in law in her former country and she asked for evidence that her boys did what they are suspected of doing. But that is the issue. The boys are suspects at the moment. They have not been to a court of law.
So the question I have is, do they do some sort of "immediate" jihad transformation or do they just hide it well until they are ready to carry out their murderous endeavors, as they are taught to in the Koran? When you combine the total depravity of man and you mix it with the teachings of a known murdering, lying thief and pedophile, what do you expect will come out of it?
I found this bit of history from Europa enlightening regarding Chechnya (Understand this is a foreign publication, so this is a rough translation):
Chechnya, the country of the Islamic faith, has a long history of irredentism. During the revolutions of 1905 and 1917, during the civil war between red and white at the time of the Second World War, the Chechens took up arms and tried to break free from the grip of Russia, which began to rule the roost in the Caucasus in the second part 800.
After the collapse of the USSR (which in the 40s purged fiercely Chechens), the rebellion is divided. Boris Yeltsin, in 1994, he sent the army to sedate her. The Russian military in Chechnya remained for two years, until s'arrivò to a truce. It turned out blurred. In 1999 he began to fight and the fighting lasted until May 2000 (Putin had just been elected president), when the Russians resumed Grozny, the Chechen capital.
Since then, however, there has never been a true peace. The rebels, who, during the second Chechen war have embraced the cause of Islamic extremism, coming into contact with the al Qaeda network, they continued to fight against Russia, often using the lever terrorist.
Two fronts. On the one hand there is the Caucasus, where there has been a welding together of the Chechen rebels - in 2010 stormed the parliament in Grozny - and those of other republics of the region: Ingushetia , North Ossetia (Beslan is located there) and especially Dagestan. The basic idea is to federate the Russian Caucasus, establishing an Islamic caliphate, declaring secession from Moscow. A propugnarla is Dokka Umarov, leader of the Islamist Caucasians, sighted in recent years in the trenches of Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan, to study and practice the jihad.
None of this should surprise us concerning Chechnya. The Chechen president even supports Islamic "honor killings." Is it any wonder that Russia wanted these Islamists? I think not. Now they are here.

UPDATE: Tamerlan Tsarvaev, the 26 year old that was killed in a shootout with police could have been deported after he was arrested in 2009, while his little brother, who is currently on the run, was granted citizenship 11 years to the day of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
Judicial Watch reports:
One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal arrest and/or conviction and the other was granted American citizenship on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who nevertheless could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence arrest and conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.
Other reporting confirms Tsarnaev’s arrest for domestic violence but we’re seeking conrfirmation of a conviction. Nevertheless he would have been subject to removal for the arrest itself.
Adding insult to injury, the other bomber, little brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was rewarded with American Citizenship on September 11, 2012 in Boston, according to JW’s source. The 19-year-old, who is still on the run, was granted asylum in Arlington Virginia on September 27, 2002, JW’s source reveals.
UPDATE 2:Blame Chechnya? The Chechen President says for Americans to look in their own back yard. Instragram provides the translation:

Tragic events have taken place in Boston. As a result of the blast people were killed. Previously, we expressed out condolences to the people of the city, and the people of America. Today, as reported by the media, during his arrest attempt, a Tsarnaev was killed. It would be logical, for him to be detained and investigated, and all the circumstances and degrees of his guilt uncovered. Apparently, the special services needed a result at any cost to calm down society. Any attempts to make a connection between Chechnya and Tsarnaevs, even if they are guilty, are in vain. They grew up in the United States, their attitudes and beliefs were formed there. It is necessary to seek the roots of their evil inside America. The whole world should fight terrorism. We know thisd better than anyone else. We wish a recovery to all the victims and share the Americans' sense of sorrow.
