Hacker Guccifer 2.0, who was previously responsible for leaking DNC documents, leaked a ton of documents during previous access to the Clinton Foundation, some of which not only expose a mega donor list, but also a huge “pay to play” scheme.
One of the screenshots of folders on the Clinton Foundation server was specifically labeled “Pay to Play.”
A couple of the lists provided by Guccifer 2.0, which is either one or a group of hackers are the following:

It looks like big banks and corporations agreed to donate to the Democrats a certain percentage of the allocated TARP funds.

Other documents obtained in the hack can be found here, here and here.
According to Guccifer 2.0:
“Many of you have been waiting for this, some even asked me to do it.
“So, this is the moment. I hacked the Clinton Foundation server and downloaded hundreds of thousands of docs and donors’ databases.”
More specifically, the hacker stated:
“Hillary Clinton and her staff don’t even bother about the information security. It was just a matter of time to gain access to the Clinton Foundation server.”
Apparently, the hacker was unable to post all of the documents that he/she retrieved because they are so voluminous.
“I can’t post all databases here for they’re too large. I’m looking for a better way to release them now,” the website reads.
Finally, the hacker spoke out to Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange, who promised to release more documents on the Clintons but failed to do so.
