Worst company borrows spokesman from worst president ever.

United Airlines clearly had some exacting expectations for its top communications job. They wanted somebody who could literally justify anything. And after having to explain why his boss smuggled a fortune in foreign currency to Iranian Islamic terrorists, explaining why United Airlines killed Grover, Poochy or Spot is easy.

So United picked Josh Earnest, a man whose last name couldn't have been more wrong for his job, so he can go on decorating his apartment with Soviet propaganda posters. (Or was that Jay Carney, it's so easy to mix up all the slimy Obama bros,)

"Josh is a proven leader and world-class communications strategist who has thrived when the stakes are the highest - and the margin for error is the smallest. He'll play a crucial role on our leadership team as we position our brand and this company for success," said Oscar Munoz, chief executive officer of United Airlines, said.

Hopefully, next time United Airlines throws a passenger off the plane to make room for a crew member and knocks out some of his teeth, Josh can come up with a better term for it than, "Reaccomodate."

Then again, he was part of an admin that tried to replace terrorism with, "Man-caused disasters." That's a good description of both Obama and United Airlines.

Now that the Iran Scam is falling apart, hopefully, United can also bring in Ben Rhodes and the whole Obama gang to plant stories accusing the dogs killed by United of being right-wing extremists.

"United Airlines is an iconic, global brand with a long history - but it's United's bright future that makes me enthusiastic about joining the team. Cutting through the noise of the modern media environment is a challenge, especially in the highly competitive airline industry. United's advantage will continue to be its customer-focused core values, dedicated employees and visionary leadership team. That's the story that I am excited to tell," said Earnest.

It's a better story than, "United beats passengers and kills pets".

But like everything that ever came out of Josh Earnest's mouth, since the day he spoke his first word, it's a lie.

And if United gets caught smuggling billions in foreign currency to Iran while killing dogs... you'll know whom to blame.
