If there is any doubt in any American's mind that Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarkah believes himself to be the Dictator of the United States, the latest and most egregious "decree" to every public school system in America should remove all doubt. This administration is sending a letter to every public school district in the nation--a letter proclaiming that schools are required to allow students to use whichever restroom corresponds to their perceived "gender identity" or face a federal lawsuit and with-holding of federal money. The letter, sent jointly by the Department of [Un]Education and the Department of [In]Justice, went out on Friday, ordering by executive decree the change and not any law, rule, or pseudo-law in the form of regulations.
By hook or by crook, the Dictator Hussein Soetoro gets what he wants or the peons suffer. You will comply and assimilate. Resistance is futile. Lawsuits will be filed and you won't get your federal money for schools. Now, suck it up and do as you are told.
According to a copy of the letter obtained by the New York Times, "A school may not require transgender students to use facilities inconsistent with their gender identity or to use individual-user facilities when other students are not required to do so."
A school’s obligation under federal law “to ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of sex requires schools to provide transgender students equal access to educational programs and activities even in circumstances in which other students, parents, or community members raise objections or concerns,” the letter states. “As is consistently recognized in civil rights cases, the desire to accommodate others’ discomfort cannot justify a policy that singles out and disadvantages a particular class of students.”
As soon as a child’s parent or legal guardian asserts a gender identity for the student that “differs from previous representations or records,” the letter says, the child is to be treated accordingly — without any requirement for a medical diagnosis or birth certificate to be produced. It says that schools may — but are not required to — provide other restroom and locker room options to students who seek “additional privacy” for whatever reason.
Hussein Soetoro is using the 1972 Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination in the schools that receive federal funding, to push the agenda of open debauchery, immorality, and confusion to school children whose thinking process is still in development. Granted, Title IX was never meant to apply to transgender students, since unchangeable chromosomes determine sex. However, in this day and age, the meanings of words change more rapidly than one changes underwear to the point sex now means whatever is in your head that day is your sex for the day.
Despite what is and has been recognized in civil rights cases, federal court judges appear to pander to a minority "discomfort" while singling out and placing at a disadvantage a particular class of students – males and females who identify their sex as what their chromosomes have determined. This was the case when a judge determined transgender Virginia girls were justified in using the boys' restroom because they identified as male. Moreover, schools will now have to go to additional expense to provide facilities for those students who feel uncomfortable with the new "decree." The letter suggests schools instill "curtains" for individuals who desire privacy, as though that will help anything. In other words, normalcy is being relegated to the closet while transgender individuals are treated as normal.
The New York Times reported that a blog post by senior officials at the [In]Justice and [Un]Education department accompanied the letter. The post claims this decree was issued "in response to a growing chorus of inquiries from educators, parents, and students across the country, including from the National Association of Secondary School Principals, to clarify their obligations and 'best practices' for the treatment of transgender students."
Translation: As adult educators, we don't have a brain in order to figure this out on our own, so please do the thinking for us and tell us what to do, oh great one in Washington, DC. As parents and students, our adult educators cannot brush their teeth without the great one in Washington, DC and/or his minions telling them what to do. Unfortunately, we can't think for ourselves in order to make our position known; therefore, we want the unconstitutional agency and the great one in Washington, DC, to tell us what the policy is.
“Schools want to do right by all of their students and have looked to us to provide clarity on steps they can take to ensure that every student is comfortable at their school, is in an environment free of discrimination, and has an opportunity to thrive,” wrote Catherine E. Lhamon, the assistant secretary of education for civil rights, and Vanita Gupta, the head of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
Well, that explains everything, doesn't it? Perhaps Ms. Lhamon and Ms. Gupta can explain to school children why someone who "says they are a boy" has the right to use a facility for girls only while they do not have the right to have some modicum of privacy and "feeling comfortable" at their school. Ms. Lhamon and Ms. Gupta should explain to school children that are female and have body image issues, as most girls do at a certain age and during periods of development, that their right to privacy from being ogled by a male student claiming to be female is worth zero. Naturally, Ms. Lhamon and Ms. Gupta have not, in this entire fiasco, considered school children with physical disabilities who have problems using facilities with individuals of their own sex, much less having to endure individuals with a mental disorder claiming a sex they are not.
Never fear. The Hussein Soetoro is assisting schools with the implementation of this policy by attaching a 25-page document containing "emerging practices" so schools have suggestions to follow, such as "erecting privacy curtains in locker rooms for those who need extra privacy." And, if any schools are concerned, Thomas Aberli, a Louisville, KY, high school principle, stated the guidance given by the documents were much more than what he worked with when his school implemented their bathroom policy last year. Aberli's school initiated this policy for the six transgender students out of a total of 1,350 students attending.
According to Mr. Aberli, "What you don’t do is go and tell a kid, ‘You know, there is something so freakishly different about you that you make other people uncomfortable, so we’re going to make you do something different’. There’s been no incident since its implementation. It’s really just a nonissue in our school.”
Is that what schools and the general public have been doing for these thousands of eons to transgender mentally ill individuals and students? I don't think so. And, while there has not been an "incident" at his school, there will be an incident of a male entering the girls' locker-room, claiming to be transgender, to ogle and engage in criticism of the girls. There is always that one individual boy, and "boys will be boys." There will be the same incident in reverse concerning girls.
America, have you not tired of this issue enough to put it to rest? Parents and grandparents, have you not had enough of the government telling you they will control your children for the time they are "in the system?" Where are the churches? Oh, that's right. Many of the "churches" have cowered to the sodomite agenda already, so this is just an extension of that.
As a grandmother, I will be making a trip to Florida when this issue hits there, affecting my grandchildren. I will be giving a little talk to my daughter and son-in-law should they buy into this bull manure. And, for the schools in my own town, I will be there to absolutely call out the ridiculousness of this "policy" because 0.3 percent of the population has cried "foul" on a system that has been the fairest to all – partake of the facilities that correspond to your biology.
In fact, a few years ago, subjecting children to this type of scenario would have been considered child abuse by the government. What has changed? That is easy enough for everyone to answer. Remember the stories about teachers who have engaged in sex with their students? Well, they have carte blanche to do whatever. All they have to do is claim to be a member of the sex opposite their biology. But, don't worry about that because it won't ever happen. (sarcasm)
It has happened that the society in America has crossed the line from one of civility to one of incivility, led by the most depraved in our society. The majority of citizens have sat back and done nothing. The majority of churches have sat back, buried their heads to ride out the storm, done nothing, or caved to the debauchery. The left can stop using the mantra "if it protects just one child," since this insanity proves beyond a shadow of a doubt they care not one iota about children. Citizens who are not speaking out against this care, not one iota about children either. Supporters of this "bathroom" chicanery need to fess up to not caring about children, including their own, instead of trying to rationalize how "good this is for everyone."
Unfortunately, common sense is not so common, and those who try to reason with those who do not have it are talking to a deaf ear. Don't believe for one minute this will affect Hussein Soetoro's girls, anyone in Congress's children or child family members, the elite, or the "Hollywood" crowd. These people have body guards, Secret Service, and Security Officers to clear out the public facilities and stand guard while the "privileged" enter a public facility made private because of their status. Of course, all of it is done under "security" to prevent harm, but it remains unchanged that these individuals are not subjected to follow the same "rules" because money talks and bull crap walks.
Now that it is established that 0.3 percent of the population can hold 99.7 percent hostage through whining to a sodomite man in the Oval Office, it won't take long for other groups to slowly strip away what few little rights this nation has left, including the right to bear arms, in the last few months of his "reign." Face facts: he rules, backed by the Supreme Court, as a dictator, with Congress being nothing more than a facade and waste of money. The majority of State governments are just another enforcement arm of "His Dictatorship." Welcome to the "Queerified States of America," where debauchery is normal, wholesomeness is abnormal, and child abuse is part of the culture – but only if you don't have enough money to buy your way out of the rules or have standing in politics to exclude yourself and your family.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook, Google Plus, & Twitter.
