We’ve got Satanists planting monuments to Lucifer here, there, and everywhere. (See: Detroit celebrates All-American “right” to worship Satan. [insert “U! S! A!” chant here] as but one of many examples.)
We’ve got witches leading Middle America state legislatures in “prayer”. (See: Religious “Freedom” Update: Witch leads American heartland “lawmakers” in “prayer”.)
All in the name of “religious pluralism” under the true and reigning religion of American Statism. (See:Why do we allow the open practice of Islam, witchcraft, and Satanism in America?)
As reported by various sources, including the New York Daily News:
A routine municipal ceremony has become seeped in controversy after a Brooklyn Civil Court judge was sworn in using a Koran.
Carolyn Walker-Diallo, who was elected last month in Brooklyn’s 7th Municipal District, took her oath of office Thursday using the holy book of Islam as a testament to her Muslim faith.
Predictably, millions of “Christian Americans” are somehow “shocked” and “horrified” that such a thing could happen in a land that…get this…celebrates the “right” to openly worship false gods as a virtue in direct mockery of the very God they claim to love and adore with their lips. Who needs little things like intellectual/theological coherence and honesty, right?
Of course, the backlash from these “Christians” has been both loud and severe.
Mind-blowingly incoherent too, of course.
And stupendously hypocritical.
Or, put another way: Pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a people proudly prone to treat things like Bibles as props while caring not at all about actually reading and submitting to what is written therein.
Like what The Book has to say about religious pluralism, for example. (See: Note to ‘Merica: There is no “God-given right” to worship false gods. Repent accordingly.)
May God grace America with brokenness, conviction, repentance, and submission to Christ as King in practice…before its “Christian” chickens finish surrendering the culture to the devil (and his many false gods).
