MSNBC Guest Compares Betsy Ross Flag To Swastika

Michael Eric Dyson likened the Betsy Ross American flag to the Nazi swastika and a burning Ku Klux Klan cross during an appearance on MSNBC.

"Words matter. Symbols matter, too," Dyson said. "Why don't we wear a swastika for July 4th? Because I don't know, it makes a difference. The cross burning on somebody's lawn. Why don't we just have a Nike celebration of the cross—those symbols are symbols of hate. So we can take PC culture back."

That flag he is insulting is the foundation for why he is now free and able to state such ignorance and get paid for it too. The other two symbols he put in the same category would have erased him from humanity long ago given the chance.

Besides Betsy Ross came from a devout Quaker family and Quakers led the anti-slavery movement in America. What’s more, Betsy’s home colony of Pennsylvania was the first to abolish slavery  7 years before the Constitution. Slurs against our Founders are not only foolish but ignorant. These folks have completely lost it!
