Corrupt US Senator from Missouri "Millionaire" Claire McCaskill is behaving just like those who opposed David Daleiden after he exposed the criminal activities of Planned Parenthood and the trafficking of murdered baby body parts.  Instead of dealing with the actual criminals, the messenger exposing them is attacked.  Following a video series of Senator McCaskill telling her campaign supporters that they needed to essentially lie to voters about her gun confiscation agenda, her desire to impeach President Donald Trump and hiding Planned Parenthood contributions from voters, McCaskill called for an investigation into what she claims is "fraud."

Here's the videos.

When the first video came out, McCaskill responded to it on a local television station.

Little did she know there was a second video that continued to document the corruption of her campaign.  However, Project Veritas' James O'Keefe responded by claiming that her response was "outrageous," and it was.

She then responded to the second video, not with remorse and repentance, but with defiance, saying she was going to seek legal action against her opponent Josh Hawley, who simply shared and promoted the video footage.

The Washington Times reported:

McCaskill campaign manager David Kirby called for Mr. Hawley to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the footage, which shows young campaign staffers discussing how the Democrat’s support for Planned Parenthood and gun control is kept quiet.

“We have reason to believe that fraud has been committed against our campaign,” Mr. Kirby told reporters, saying the videos were captured “under false pretenses and misrepresentations.”

However, Hawley denied any involvement in either helping to create them or coordinate their release., even though he did share them on social media.

He then logically demonstrated who should be investigated for fraud, although at this point, it seems clear from the video evidence that McCaskill and her campaign are guilty.

"Let’s review last 24 hrs. 1) @clairecmc & staff caught on tape telling the truth 2) McCaskill accuses ME of fraud 3) McCaskill demands Missouri give her special prosecutor to investigate her truth telling," he tweeted.

He then addressed her directly in a tweet.

"Senator, accusing people of crimes is a serious thing. If you have evidence of a crime, please come forward with it immediately. Otherwise, please stop politicizing the legal process for your reelection," Hawley tweeted.

Yeah, well, it's clear McCaskill wants the media spotlight off her corruption, but it's not going anywhere.

Marco Bruno, a spokesman for Project Veritas Action Fund, said in a statement that the videos were an act of journalism.

“It looks like a sitting United States Senator is trying to criminalize investigative journalism," Bruno said.  "All of our investigations are done legally. Not only do we operate according to letter of the law but also by the spirit and intent of the law."

I agree, in fact, this is the entire idea behind freedom of the press:  making sure that representatives are kept in check or providing evidence to prosecute them should they violate the law or the people's trust.

McCaskill and her campaign have done both, it seems.
