Conservative Republicans are not happy with Sen. Lindsey Graham's liberal voting record. Monday night, Lexington County GOP voted overwhelmingly to censure Lindsey Graham on 29 counts of violating the SC GOP party platform. See resolution here.

But Monday night proved that the movement is not dead.

The question is: Can his opponents cause Graham to fall below 50% to force a primary run off? Sen. Lee Bright has won the most straw polls conducted by Tea Party groups. But no outside conservative groups have given Graham's challengers the money needed to compete with Graham's $7 million war chest.

Conservative activists have an impressive network throughout the state. They have what it takes to oust Graham, but without adequate resources from outside money, it will be almost impossible to defeat Graham this June.
