Latest ACLU lawsuit asks Trump administration to ignore the law of the land

The modern day debate over how best to fairly secure America's borders is growing absurd in the Trump era.

Much of the reasoning for this is a democratically held belief that agreeing with Donald Trump, on anything,  will cost you votes among the radical leftists of the voter base.  It's a carte blanche opposition to everything the President wishes to accomplish, and it has several prominent democrats backtracking on their own beliefs regarding immigration, border security, and the enforcement efforts of ICE and CBP.

The lawsuit also made the assumption that those targeted in the coming raids were likely seeking asylum in the United States - an act that, if done through the proper legal channels, would not result in deportation.
