As the 2020 presidential race continues to loom over our nation’s politicking, several candidates have been forced into turbo-hyperbole in order to stay relevant in the minds of voters.
With nineteen candidates still vying for the nomination, (and only three who appear worthy of consideration), the campaign trail itself is littered with nonsense. Candidates such as Beto O’Rourke have turned dark, cussing and pouting angrily in order to establish a “theme”, while others, like Senator Kamala Harris, are simply exclaiming profoundly asinine assertions.
Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) called on Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey “to do something” about President Donald Trump after he referred to impeachment efforts as “a coup” in a tweet on Tuesday.
“Hey @jack. Time to do something about this,” tweeted Harris to Dorsey, in an apparent call to ban President Trump from the social media platform over his remarks on Tuesday evening.
Twitter has been critical of the President in the past, warning the Commander in Chief that they could label his tweets as possibly untrue in order to mitigate his efforts to exercise his First Amendment rights.
Harris has been sliding in the polls as of late, and is currently pulling less than 5% of the vote, according to Real Clear Politics.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook and Twitter, and follow our friends at RepublicanLegion.com.
