He claimed to be James Dunkin.

The officer then asks to see his license since his plates are from out of state.

“I just have to make sure you don’t have any warrants or anything, which I’m sure you don’t,” she says.

Martell then hands her documents through the window.  However, when she informs him that there is no license record for a James Dunkin, he pulls his gun on her.

Her blood-curdling screams are enough to make your skin crawl and she latches onto the weapon in an attempt to save her life and stop Martell from shooting her.

A struggle ensues for at least 20 seconds as she screams and attempts to point the weapon away while trying to take it from Martell.

Her backup arrives during the struggle.

Officer Anthony Loiaconos is seen coming into view and steps right up to the driver’s side and firing a single shot, apparently hitting Martell in the head.  He died at the scene.

Here’s the catch:  Martell had an outstanding warrant for robbing and killing 88-year-old Theodore Garver.

The Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office said that the man inside the car, Kenneth E. Martell, 36, of Meadville, Pennsylvania, was wanted for murder after he tied, robbed, beat and stabbed to death 88-year-old Theodore Garver in his Beaver Township, Pennsylvania home three days prior.

He also had other weapons including shotguns, rifles and
crossbows, were later found in nearby woods.
