Illinois State Representative Mike Bost (R) launched into a tirade on the floor of the House in reaction to the Speaker, Michael Madigan (D). Madigan tried to push forth a bill in regards to pension reform early that morning, a bill which representative Bost said was not the one that was to be introduced, but something completely different.

The video of Bost's eruption seemed to go viral yesterday.

He gave a rant that all of us would like to give. Finally a passionate representative who is angry about the way government is working and doesn't mind saying so.

He said that he was tired of power being put into the hands of one person, speaking of Madigan. "Total power in one person's hands - not the American way!"

In the midst of his diatribe, he exclaimed,

I feel like somebody trying to be released from Egypt. Let my people go!

His words ring true as he declared that his people had sent him there to vote for them. An amazing concept that neither the established Democrats or established Republicans get. They are our representatives. They are not there to look out after their own interests but the people that sent them to represent them.

This is why the Tea Party will continue to grow, because the people, at least on the GOP side have had enough and they are seeking to take over the GOP for real change.

He then explained the issue that got him so upset.
