As I sit and listen to the pontificating by Republican and Democrat Senators debate the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation today just before a vote is taken, there is one thing I continue to hear and it’s not surprising. I continue to hear both sides point fingers at the other over “partisanship.” Sometimes, even the stupidest of comments come from these senators, like Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD). Most of these comments surround the allegations of Christine Ford and others against Kavanaugh with regards to sexual assault, but without anyone to corroborate their stories and with absolutely no evidence. That being the case, the law is not partisan. So, the simple way to tell who is being partisan here in this matter is for either Senate Democrats to bring charges of perjury against Judge Kavanaugh or Senate Republicans to bring charges of perjury against Christine Blasey Ford. They both cannot be telling the truth!
You see, both Kavanaugh and Ford testified under oath, under penalty of perjury, that their testimony was true.
For Ford’s part, she claims Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her and that Mark Judge was a part of it.
Judge has said it never happened. Kavanaugh said it never took place.
On top of that, others that Ford named do not corroborate her story, including Leland Keyser, who said via a family spokesperson, “It really felt a lot like Christine was the one called to the principal’s office to give an account of something and just threw her under the bus. You know, just reached for a name.”
It’s also probable that a lot of senior girls at the Holton Arms school, which Keyser and Ford attended, were known via the yearbook for sexually abusive treatment of boys at the school.
That’s because it probably was the fact, but there’s a simple way to bring justice and closure in the matter. Republicans? Democrats? Bring perjury charges. substantiate your political grandstanding by doing the one thing you are charged with doing and that is bringing justice.
All the evidence, the question and answers, the lack of evidence and corroborating witnesses, the body language, and the political activism of Mrs. Ford seem to point to the fact that she is lying through her teeth.
In fact, it was so bad that Senate Democrats resorted to ridiculously attacking Kavanaugh over comments in his yearbook, which proved that Kavanaugh was telling the truth about them when the yearbook was revealed, while neglecting Ford’s yearbook (scrubbed from the internet), which clearly demonstrated an environment of racism, drinking parties and sexual trophies by the girls in her school, and questionable behavior by Ford herself.
There’s one way to tell who is playing partisan politics in this matter and it isn’t through another FBI investigation. It’s by both sides manning up and putting their money where their mouth is and bringing perjury charges against the person they believe is lying. Apart from that, both sides are using the matter to justify their ends, either to stop the confirmation or to advance it. Otherwise, what was the point of putting either of these people under oath?
In both cases, the law is not being upheld and it will simply encourage more lying, which we have just become accustomed to in our political process. In other words, both sides are being political when it comes to the accusations which are at the heart of the vote on Saturday when unsubstantiated accusations should be dismissed and seeing whether or not Kavanaugh is actually a constitutional judge. This just goes to show you that this entire fiasco has been nothing more than a dog and pony show to push some to Kavanaugh based on the attacks against him instead of his constitutionality while pushing others away who promote things like baby murder.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook and Twitter, and follow our friends at RepublicanLegion.com.
