It appears that there may be a reason as to why the attack on Americans in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 was allowed to take place and why there was a stand down order given. It's now coming to light that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton violated a United Nations arms embargo and sold arms to Libya and then authorized the sale of American-made weapons to Qatar. GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump brought the issue to the forefront.
"To pursue her goal of a 'democratic' government there, Clinton, along with Obama and a dozen or so members of Congress from both houses and both political parties, decided she should break the law by permitting U.S. arms dealers to violate the U.N. arms embargo and arm Libyan rebels whom she hoped would one day run the new government," Napolitano explained. "So she exercised her authority as secretary of state to authorize the shipment of American-made arms to Qatar, a country beholden to the Muslim Brotherhood and friendly to the Libyan rebels and a country the U.S. had no business arming—unless the purpose of doing so was for the arms to be transferred to the rebels."
Now, Donald Trump is exposing the truths of Clinton's criminal actions, which Napolitano wrote about.
After Clinton called Trump dangerous, he responded by saying, "I'm dangerous? She's the one that caused all this problem with her stupid policies."
"You look at what she did with Libya, what she did with Syria," he added. "Look at Egypt. What happened with Egypt, a total mess! She was truly if not the, one of the worst Secretary of State's in the history of the country."
"She talks about me being dangerous," he continued. "She's killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity."
Judge Napolitano was asked to comment on Trump's statements on FOX Business Network. Napolitano gave the background to Trump's comments.
"As we speak, a criminal trial in Phoenix, Arizona is about to start in which the Justice Department has indicted an arms dealer for making misrepresentations to the government in an effort to obtain a license to sell military hardware in the Middle East," He began. "In that case, it developed that Mrs. Clinton, in violation of an American embargo and a native embargo and a UN embargo, authorized, in her position as Secretary of State, American arms dealers to sell arms to Qatar, knowing that those arms will be given to rebel groups in Syria and Lybia."
"They ended up in the hands of al-Qaeda," Napolitano added. "She was warned by the CIA that they would end up in the hands of al-Qaeda. Former Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens was probably killed by weapons sold by American arms dealers facilitated by Mrs. Clinton. That's what Donald Trump is talking about.
Napolitano then went on to say that it was Clinton's policies of arming these Islamic jihadists that led to her goal of toppling Gaddafi, and she ultimately wanted to take out Assad in Syria.
Interestingly enough, the CIA was hand delivering weapons themselves to the same Islamic rebels in Syria. What does that tell you about these strange bedfellows?
Front Page Mag also backs up the story.
Memos recovered from the incinerated compound in Benghazi give great weight to the assertion. The documents were obtained by the Washington Times and they reveal the American diplomats stationed there were keeping track of numerous potential U.S.-sanctioned weapons shipments aimed at arming our allies, "one or more of which were destined for the Transitional National Council, the Libyan movement that was seeking to oust Gadhafi and form a new government," the paper reports.
A file marked "arms deal" reveals that one of those shipments was supposed to be sent by Dolarian Capital Inc. of Fresno, CA, one of many arms sellers that work with U.S. intelligence. The file contained an end use certificate from the State Department's office of defense trade controls licensing, and Dolarian confirmed one of the licensing requests the State Department initially approved in 2011 was an authorization to send weapons to Libya via Kuwait. The certificate was inexplicably revoked before Dolarian could ship rocket and grenade launchers, 7,000 machine guns and 8 million rounds of ammunition originally manufactured by former Soviet-bloc nations in Eastern Europe.
"Dolarian Capital submitted the end user certificate in question to the U.S. Department of State for review and issuance of a license to transfer the arms and ammunition to Libya," one of the company's attorneys said in a statement issued to the Times. "The U.S. Department of State responded with a approval, which was revoked shortly thereafter. As a result no arms or ammunition was shipped or delivered to Libya under the end user certificate."
Nonetheless, federal court documents obtained by Fox News reveal arms sales to Libyan rebels that occurred during Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State were ultimately transacted. "It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council," stated career CIA officer David Manners in a sworn declaration to the District Court of Arizona on May 5, 2015.
Benghazi survivor and hero Kris Paranto also theorized that weapons could have been trafficked through Benghazi, but said he did not have sufficient evidence for such a claim.
I think it's clear that anyone who has observed Hillary Clinton through the years, and especially during her time as Secretary of State, should conclude the woman is more fit for a hangman's noose than the Oval Office.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook, Google Plus, & Twitter.
