Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand dropped out of the presidential race today.
“I know this isn’t the result we wanted. We wanted to win this race. But it’s important to know when it’s not your time and to know how you can best serve your community and country. I believe I can best serve by helping to unite us to beat Donald Trump in 2020.”
It’s pretty much become a three-way race unless you think Buttigieg and Harris are going to stay in.
Today, I am ending my campaign for president.
I am so proud of this team and all we’ve accomplished. But I think it’s important to know how you can best serve.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) announced Wednesday she is dropping out of the presidential race after failing to qualify for the September primary debate.
“I know this isn’t the result we wanted. We wanted to win this race,” Gillibrand said in a video posted to Twitter. “But it’s important to know when it’s not your time, and to know how you can best serve your community and country. I believe I can best serve by helping to unite us to beat Donald Trump in 2020.”
Gillibrand said in an exclusive interview with The New York Times that she plans to endorse another candidate in the primary but has yet to pick which one. She stopped short of saying she would pick another woman in the race.
“I think that women have a unique ability to bring people together and heal this country,” she said. “I think a woman nominee would be inspiring and exciting.” More

President Trump just couldn’t hold back:
A sad day for the Democrats, Kirsten Gillibrand has dropped out of the Presidential Primary. I’m glad they never found out that she was the one I was really afraid of!
