FAA Establishes No Fly Zone over Cliven Bundy Ranch

The Federal Aviation Administration established a no-fly zone over Cliven Bundy’s Ranch last night at 9:38pm. The area includes a three nautical mile radius.

According to the operating and restrictions and requirements of the FAA, “No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described). ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF BLM ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE.”

This appears to be a means of cutting off any ability to be able to report what is taking place via the air. The Bureau of Land Management is not the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, but from what we have seen, they don’t have any problem in conducting themselves like the thugs of the ATF. They have already demonstrated this by hitting people with cars, tasering protesters, who are merely exercising their First Amendment rights, and the attempt to steal land and cattle from a US citizen.

Often, things released this late on a Friday evening are considered a “news dump.” Not many people are paying attention on the weekend. This is why it is important that we make sure the American citizenry are aware of what is taking place by flooding social media and any newspapers, radio or television with this information. There is absolutely no reason, except a diabolical one, to enforce a no fly zone here in America.

There is no doubt that the stage is being set for a media blackout so that BLM will be able to assault protesters at will without concern for media capturing those assaults. However, for those attending, you should be equipped with some type of video device, and immediately upload captured video for quick access so that outlets, like FreedomOutpost, can keep the people aware of what the federal government is engaging in.

On Friday, we reported Clark County Tom Collins said that those traveling to Nevada to support the Bundy family “better have funeral plans.”

Following the growing tension of various militia groups heading in that direction, along with several protests scheduled for today, Collins’ statement may be more of an omen than a bluff. For those liberals who wonder why there is a need for the Second Amendment, it’s staring you in the face. This is a response to a tyrannical government, and the Second Amendment is to maintain a free state.

Am I advocating violence? No. I am, however, advocating that militia won’t come there unarmed. The BLM are armed, why shouldn’t the citizenry be? Force must be matched in order to have leverage to deal with criminal activity. It appears Americans are fed up with the actions of the federal government, and they are utilizing each of their rights to stand against them.

This seems to be setting up for a similar scenario to Ruby Ridge or Waco. This doesn’t have anything to do with tortoises, or public land. It really doesn’t. It has to do with money, power and corrupt politicians.
