If there is one thing that I have learned in writing political opinion-editorial articles based upon the news, it is that the pit of stupidity some people possess is bottomless.  One such individual who plays to the bottomless pit of stupidity possessed by many is Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-MA.  According to an opinion piece on Sunday, in the Boston Herald, Warren, speaking at an event on Friday hosted by Congressional Black Caucus chairman Cedric Richmond on the Dillard University campus in New Orleans, claimed the united States justice system is racist all the way – from front to back.

Some of Warren's statements, made during the question and answer session carried by the Boston Herald, are as follows – opinion on Warren's comments will be addressed point by point:

Let’s just start with the hard truth about our criminal justice system. It’s racist. It is. And when I say our system, I mean all the way. I mean front to back. This is not just sentencing reform we’re talking about here. We’re talking about the front end on what you declare to be illegal on how you enforce it, on who gets arrested.

They shackle pregnant women. What kind of a country does this to people?

Our prison system is something that America should be ashamed of. What we do to other human beings is fundamentally wrong.

Democracy has its back against the wall.  The dark money. The rich and the powerful. The folks who think they can hold our country by the throat. The folks who think that we are here just to continue to produce more and more profits for them.

We’ve got a Supreme Court nominee ... who came from a prescreened list. A list prescreened by not one but two right-wing extremist groups.

If you want a government where we believe in the great American family, we believe in what we can do together, then you vote Democratic.

Warren certainly had plenty of vinegar to spew when it comes to the united States criminal justice system – a justice system founded upon the inherent individual unalienable right of due process and other rights protected and guaranteed in the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Amendments to the Constitution for the united States of America.  However, Warren did not think about what she said or how it could be applied.  Warren, like so many other Democratic and Republican politicians and political hacks, based her comments from the point of view of an individual wearing blinders – she only sees what she wants instead of the bigger picture.

The hard truth about criminal activity in the united States today is that blacks commit a disproportional amount of crime to their percentage of their population in this republic.  So, if you commit the crime, you do the time.  That's not being racist;  that's being realistic.  In Warren's view, the criminal justice system should address arresting, prosecuting and sentencing "other than black" (OTB) races to be fair, hence, the reference to sentence reform.  Even though crime statistics show blacks commit more crime, every "race" should be equally represented in the criminal justice system, according to Elizabeth Warren.

But, the answer is not to submit OTB individuals to injustice or what could be termed "punishment in excess of what the crime demands."  Lady Justice is blind-folded while holding a scale for a reason.  It should not matter one's race, creed, sex, religion or sexual orientation when it comes to prosecuting crimes and holding violators of the law accountable to that law.  But, when an individual growing marijuana for their own medical usage receives a harsher sentence than a brutal rapist, there definitely needs to be sentence reform;  but, it is not in the direction Warren and other "social justice warriors" want to go.  While her comments are based on her "blinders" point of view, she is correct when making certain statements.

If being wealthy, a member of the political elite, a politician, a Holly-weird celebrity, or a member of law enforcement could be considered a "race," then, the justice system is definitely racist because individuals in these groups are afforded different criteria on what is "illegal, how you enforce it, [and] on who gets arrested."  Serious criminal offenders, such as Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarkah, George Soros, James Comey, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, Lois Lerner, and a host of others, remain free with no criminal charges filed because of the government's inherent "racism."  Citizens, on the other hand, who commit the same types of crimes as these "preferential" groups are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law while those in the "justice" system reword the law to keep the elite out of jail.  Even when one of the elite are prosecuted and jailed, their time is served in what can only be termed as the "Hilton of hoosegows."  Yes, our justice system is racist indeed;  but, not for the reasons Warren boasts.

According to Warren, the government "shackles pregnant women."  No one actually believes the government goes around arbitrarily placing pregnant women in shackles.  But, Warren claims the government placing pregnant women in shackles after commission of a crime is disgraceful.  Surely, Warren means handcuffs and not shackles.  How about not committing a crime when one is pregnant?  Then, there would be no problem of pregnant women criminals being handcuffed or as Warren claims, shackled.  Hold the person committing the crime responsible instead of trying to create rules based on special circumstances.  Encourage pregnant women not to commit crimes – there's a novel idea.

She is correct when stating that this republic should be ashamed of our prison system;  but, it isn't for the reasons she thinks.  When murderers, convicted by a jury of their peers beyond a reasonable doubt, are housed and provided care at the expense of taxpayers and the victims' families for decades going through appeal after appeal, this is a travesty.  This republic should adhere to God's word in dealing with those who commit murder.  Why should murderers, rapist, pedophiles, and the like be treated better than how they treated their victims?

Then, there is the issue of victimless crimes – growing marijuana for one's own personal medical usage.  Why should this individual receive a harsher prison sentence than some violent criminals just because the federal government declared a "plant" illegal?  It is indeed fundamentally wrong to punish a plant grower harsher than a murderer, rapist, or pedophile.  More aptly, it is a travesty to punish an individual for growing a plant period when the Constitution gave zero authority to the federal government over any type of plant, food stuffs or agriculture.

When Warrens speaks of "The dark money. The rich and the powerful. The folks who think they can hold our country by the throat. The folks who think that we are here just to continue to produce more and more profits for them," she is actually speaking about herself, and others in Congress, since she is one of the folks holding our republic by the throat and who exist to subject the citizenry to pay taxes for them to profit on insider information.  She receives "dark money" from "the rich and powerful", aka George Soros, to keep her position in order to make profits off the backs of the voter base.

Funny, Warren should mention "prescreening" of nominees on the Supreme Court by "right-wing extremist groups" when she had no problem with Hussein Soetoro's nominees coming from the fringe extreme anti-constitutional sodomite community.  Moreover, Warren had no qualms or difficulties supporting an individual who was ineligible to hold the office of the presidency, passed off by the Democrats as a natural born citizen, and possessed a Social Security number belonging to a deceased individual.  Talk about fraud, deception, subversion, and treason on a massive scale, the Democrats are swimming in a pool of it;  but attempt to deflect a portion of the population from noticing those crimes while brainwashing their own voter base.

Nothing could be further from the truth when Warren purports the Democratic Party as believing in the great American family and believing in what can be done when working together.  She believes in the great American family so much that she and her party condone women choosing to murder their unborn children and hiring an assassin to do it through Planned Parenthood and other baby murder mill clinics.  Her party believes in the great American family so much that the Democrats through Lyndon Baines Johnson's "Great Society" attributed to the destruction of the black family.  Overall, the Democrats increased the number of single parent households across all demographics due to their policies.

As of late, Democrats have a negative campaign platform;  these political hacks call for violence against Republicans and Trump supporters.  There is nothing positive they have to offer.  In June, Warren didn't miss an opportunity to bash President Trump for upholding immigration law, unlike his predecessor whom she supported in abject lawlessness and criminal actions.

Speaking in City Plaza, Warren stated, "President Trump seems to think that the only way to have immigration rule is to rip parents from their family, is to treat rape victims and refugees like terrorists and to put children in cages.  This is ugly and this is wrong and this is not the way to run our country."

Remember, she didn't mind it at all when all of what she bashed Trump for doing was done by Bush and number 44.  Unfortunately, Warren doesn't care too much that American citizen rape victims are treated horribly by the criminal justice system, parents are "ripped" from their children after committing a crime, or citizens experiencing "gang violence" cannot claim "asylum" from their own government.  But, let that individual be an illegal alien invader, who just by crossing into the republic outside of legal means is a criminal, and the republic should serve them three nine course meals each day, provide total medical care, housing, clothing and education to them;  then, tuck them in at night with Armani eiderdown quilts, silk sheets, and Dolce and Gabana sleepwear.

Now, Warren is not stupid.  However, she doesn't run her comments through the filter of "the big picture," just her "blinders on" viewpoint.  And, the bottomless pit of stupidity receives more contributions as millions of Americans, who have lost their critical thinking skills, nod, yell and cheer in mindless agreement.  The only thing Warren and the Democrats have to offer this republic is mindless violence based on incredulous stupid statements based on the misrepresentation of facts, aka lying.   Unfortunately, Republicans have not proven to be any better as they continue to enable bad behavior by the political elites of both parties and support an unjust criminal system.

Warren is correct in saying we are on the path to destruction of this republic for the very reasons she cites, but not based on her blinded viewpoint.  In fact, part of this republic has already been destroyed, with a concerted effort being made by those at various levels in government to destroy the rest.  It's the old "the end justifies the means" adage.  With the end of the republic of the united States of America as it was founded the goal of fringe, extreme anti-constitutionalists, the message as well as the actions will intensify while justifying those actions in the pipe-dream of acquiring some fantastical non-existent unattainable utopia.  For the cold hard truth is this:   these individuals do not know what happiness is, much less how to pursue it;  they have no concept of justice in order to support a system where the law is applied equally and the punishment fits the crime;  and last, but not least, these individuals reject the self-evident truths recognized in the Declaration of Independence to afford equality to all men.

All Warren and her ilk care about is having power and keeping it, equating power with happiness.  If that means playing to those who continue to dwell in the bottomless pit of stupidity and urging others to jump into it, she, and others like her, will foster it.  For all the power Warren and those like her attain, happiness for the citizens of this republic diminishes proportionally.  And, individuals like Warren are always seeking more and more power to be happy;  but, there is never enough power to satiate their hunger.  Unfortunately, their quest to satiate their insatiable hunger, while donning blinders to their own fallible statements, will ultimately lead to the final destruction of this republic as long as some of the citizenry continue indulging in their own bottomless pit of stupidity.
