Donald Trump is really going for it.
On the same day that he made his historic visit to Mexico for a one-on-one tete-a-tete with Mexico’s President, Trump also continued to reach out to the African-American community. Mr. Trump has worked hard over the last few weeks to turn around his sputtering campaign and to soften his image among American voters. On Wednesday, he had a seemingly productive meeting with Mexico’s President Níeto before flying on to Washington State, where he once again entreated black America to give him their support.
“Black Lives Matter to Donald Trump…
McDonald writes that “Mr. Trump’s call to restore law and order recognizes the right of inner-city residents to enjoy the same freedom from fear that the rest of America now takes for granted.”

Nothing makes me more honored and proud than to be the nominee of Abraham Lincoln’s Republican Party and we’re gonna do a job.
Our party will fight to bring hope to every forgotten stretch of this country.
Once again, we will be One American Nation, One American Nation.
We will be One United People.
And we will have One Really Great Future again. Believe me.
