You would think that any President who is currently facing impeachment might find themselves swamped by the swamp itself, so much so that they would be unable to perform some of the finer duties of their position.
But, then again, Donald Trump is’t an ordinary president. He is, instead, a Washington outsider who believes that he was sent to The Beltway to shake things up a bit.
So, despite the all-consuming chaos of the impeachment catastrophe unfolding in Congress, the Commander in Chief is continuing to tackle some of our nation’s most difficult issues, including the long-standing stalemate between China and the US on trade.
…..The Penalty Tariffs set for December 15th will not be charged because of the fact that we made the deal. We will begin negotiations on the Phase Two Deal immediately, rather than waiting until after the 2020 Election. This is an amazing deal for all. Thank you!

The news seemed to usher in new hope for America’s agriculturalists as well.
The Wall Street Journal had reported:
Michael Pillsbury, an adviser to the president, said he spoke with Mr. Trump, who said the deal calls for China to buy $50 billion worth of agricultural goods in 2020, along with energy and other goods. In exchange the U.S. would reduce the tariff rate on many Chinese imports, which now ranges from 15% to 25%.
The Wall Street Journal reported earlier Thursday that the U.S. side has offered to slash existing tariff rates by half on roughly $360 billion in Chinese-made goods, in addition to canceling the tariffs on $156 billion in goods that Mr. Trump had threatened to impose on Sunday. That offer was made to Beijing in the past five days or so.
American farmers were adversely targeted by the recent stagnation in talks with China, as the Far East superpower was one of the most prolific procurers of US soybeans in the entire world.
