The Second Amendment to the US Constitution reads as follows:

A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd Amendment is pretty clear on our right to keep and bear arms. However, the first part of the amendment contains the word militia, which can be somewhat nebulous to those who are products of public school. As far as I can surmise, the militia consists of every American not serving in the military or police, and certain public officials.

Also joining us is Robert Casillas, a former marine and also a member of the ASM.
