As the rest of the world continues to rain criticism down on China for their handling fo the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems that Beijing is trying to have a “re-do”.
From the very get-go, there were concerns that China wasn’t being as helpful as they could be, especially considering the fact that this pandemic began with an outbreak in Wuhan. This gave the communist regime a head start on the rest of the world, and you would think that they would be using that advantage to help their fellow human being.
But when coronavirus came to Europe, scientists quickly discovered that something was amiss with the data coming out of Beijing and that the world outside of China was woefully underprepared.
Now, as the world begins to question China’s motive for this maneuver, the Chinese government is making some major adjustments to their figures.
Wuhan, the Chinese city at the epicenter of the global coronavirus outbreak, dramatically lifted the number of cases and deaths late Thursday night after “a city-wide investigation,” state media reported.
Local authorities admitted previous figures had been skewed due to omissions, delays and mistakes.
The Wuhan government said total confirmed infections in the city have been revised to 50,333 as of Thursday, an increase of 325 cases.
The cumulative number of deaths is now 3,869 — 1,290 more than its previous count, confirming the local outlook had been much harder hit than Beijing had previously reported.
The timing of this change, which came after the US and other nations began publicly suggesting that China could pay coronavirus reparations to the rest of the world, only seems to bolster the case for a Chinese coverup.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook and Twitter, and follow our friends at RepublicanLegion.com.
