Michael Bloomberg has spent millions of dollars in attempts to go after Americans' guns, including setting up groups (some acting criminally) that target singers and comedy artists, restaurants, and even grocery stores. One such store that came under fire from the lying gun grabbing Moms Demand Action was Kroger, which told Moms Demand Action to take a hike and that they trust their customers. It was a good thing they did too, because the life of an elderly man was saved a couple of weeks ago in the parking lot of a Kroger store in Little Rock, Arkansas.
An armed shopper, who identified himself as "Gene" witnessed seven people surrounding an elderly man.
According to Gene, he faced one of two options: Ignore the obvious threat to the man or step in and even the odds.
Gene, 24, told Fox 16, "I was freaking out; I was shaking.
"I saw seven people against one guy and I did not like those odds," said Gene.
He drew his gun and those surrounding the man turned their attention towards him yelling, "This isn't your fight, you need to walk away you need to put the gun down."
As Gene held his ground, shoppers pulled out cell phones in order to call police and take pictures and video.
Gene said that one woman, who had called 911, shouted "There's a man with a gun!"
Police arrived on the scene shortly, but all of the men involved left. It later was discovered they were all related and police have said that the older man was being attacked by his nephew. Though his face was said to be bloodied, he never filed charges.
As for Gene, he provided words of wisdom I have heard all of my life in South Carolina. "If you see a crime happening and you see someone getting injured and you have the ability to stop it, you should."
For those who might think Gene took the law into his own hands, nothing could be further from the truth. He merely intervened to make sure that no further harm came to the man he sought to protect. In fact, Gene told Fox 16 that he purposely kept his finger off the trigger because he hoped that he would not have to shoot anyone.
I'm sure Moms Demand Action will either be slanting this story and portray Gene as a crazy gun nut rather than a law-abiding hero or ignoring it altogether. Of course, their record has already been tarnished by the lies they've told and the lewd ways they have sought to push their communist agenda. I just want to set the record straight before they do.
Perhaps, if more "Genes" showed up at the Kroger in Memphis, Tennessee, this wouldn't have happened.

Well done Gene, whoever you really are, well done!
