2020 presidential candiate Beto O’Rourke has been quite the headache for the democratic party this week, after dropping some wild, unconstitutional claims during Thursday night’s debate.
O’Rourke, who has revamped his campaign several times over the last few months, took to the dais with determination, particularly where he knew he would get the most attention: Gun rights.
Hailing from El Paso, O’Rourke’s team certainly understood that his fellow democrats would spend some of their precious minutes onstage heaping praise on Beto for his response to the dastardly shooting that took place there just weeks ago.
And, for the record, O’Rourke has been thoroughly compassionate and caring when it comes to the grief in El Paso, but as the old saying goes, “never let a good crisis go to waste”.
O’Rourke came out firing during the Thursday night debate, telling Americans plainly that he was going to take their AR-15’s away. Now, he’s selling a T-shirt with that line on it.
Former Congressman Beto O’Rourke’s presidential campaign debuted new merchandise Thursday night designed around his biggest line of the Democratic primary debate.
The campaign’s web store is now selling a shirt with red, white, and blue letters promising widespread gun confiscation.
“Hell yes we’re going to take your AR-15” the shirt reads, followed by the “Beto for America” slogan.
O’Rourke is currently polling at 2.8% nationally, according to Real Clear Politics.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook and Twitter, and follow our friends at RepublicanLegion.com.
