In typical American fashion, people are rallying to lay blame on either Bush or Obama for the ISIS insurgency in Iraq.
But what is the truth?
As an independent with predominately conservative viewpoints (also known as a “former” Republican), my tendency is to blame Barack Obama’s idiotic foreign policy.

But that can easily be argued. After all, it was years of war and occupation that weakened Iraq and destroyed their central government to replace it with a new one. If you cannot see that the “nation building” policies are still in full force, then you are not paying attention.
It doesn’t seem to matter if a Democrat or Republican holds office. There are warmongers on both sides of the aisle.
As truth seekers, I think we owe ourselves the benefit of looking at these situations as open-mindedly as possible. I found this excellent video hosted on YouTube. Watch it for yourself and you decide.
Who is to blame?
