A protester in Portland was very offended by a flag on reporter’s shirt, among other things.
This guy was trying to give a reporter a “hard time” for trying to be what he wasn’t?!? Who’s he trying to fool? He’s being antagonizingly hostile, just for the sake of it. These people are off-the-chains nuts. The ridiculousness of this conversation is unfathomable and I am left open-mouthed dumbfounded.
Watch the exchange below:
Implied the black and white American flag was a symbol of fascism, and that Julio was present representing/instigating for a fascist organization/publication. pic.twitter.com/NViqB0PMza

Here’s the beginning of the interaction. I asked why the person was following me. The person said I didn’t look like a real reporter. pic.twitter.com/ETcoPwyl74

Remember when they made fun of tea partiers for wearing colonial garb and Uncle Sam costumes?
There are dueling protests in Portland today, and the DC Examiner’s Julio Rosas is on hand. At the start of things there was one person who didn’t like the flag on Rosas’ shirt, among other things, and questioned his reporter cred as a result.
Here’s more info on the shirt worn by Rosas, who is a Marine Corps veteran. More
Don’t like the American flag? Get out! I’m not going to give up the best country this world has ever known because you’re an idiot. Find a country which offers everything you want and move there! I hear Venezuela is nice this time of year.
If the mayor of Seattle, or the governor of the state of Washington, both refuse to protect the Constitutional Rights of citizens, there is a precedent for the feds to step in.
That’s a subdued flag. We wear them in the military also. That person is lying about “swearing” to a flag

Clearly someone has never seen an infrared version of the American flag which is what this is designed after..
