American Priority Conference swings for the fences with Sarah Sanders, Dinesh D’Souza, and more

American conservatism is under attack, that’s plain to see, but a solution for this carte-blanche censorship has been much more difficult to come by.

The most harrowing battleground in this fight for free speech has been social media, where the “public” goes to express their opinions to an audience of their peers and beyond.  As President Trump came to power, the United States underwent a massive transformation.  The once-silent majority of conservatives were brought to life, emboldened by their ability to have their voices heard on a massive scale.

Then the sultans of Silicon Valley stepped in.  They believed that their status as “private” companies protected them from adhering to the First Amendment, even though their platforms were populated by content made by the public.  Even worse, the massive amount of capital generated by the likes of Twitter and Facebook are all due to their ability to monetize public users’ data, which has been routinely sold to corporate advertisers in order for these enormous conglomerates to more nefariously target consumers, all based around their online habits.

We The People have paid the price of admission to social media through these underhanded practices, yet, still, we find ourselves being suspended, shadow-banned, or de-platformed.  These companies are very literally using us, in the most demeaning way, and then claiming their “private” status allows it.

This hornswoggling of the American public will very likely be a main focal point of the American Priorities Festival and Conference taking place in Miami, Florida, held fittingly at Trump National Doral.

From their website:

American Priority is going to continue our efforts to support Free Speech and Free Association while also highlighting American Culture.  We have many new plans for this year that are going to make for a great Festival and Conference.  Your voice was heard from last year and we will be bringing more American Culture and have longer panels to give time, to really get into issues and allow for more Q&A.

We are planning  several fundraisers at our Festival, a Golf Tournament with special guests to raise funds for a charity to be determined, a Texas hold’em tournament as well as a silent auction for a local Breast Cancer Foundation. Special events are also scheduled such as a  VIP Yacht Party in Miami Port, a Pool Party,  Live Music and much more.

The list of speakers for 2019 reads like a who’s who of conservative culture in America, including former White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, author Dinesh D’Souza, Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk, and Yippy CEO Rich Granville.  Conservative talk show host Bill Mitchell of YourVoice America will be appearing and broadcasting live from radio row as well.

The gathering will also feature some light-hearted affairs, including a yacht party, yoga classes, a fashion show, and a golf tournament, allowing attendees to hobnob with some of the MAGA movement’s most notable personalties.

Tickets are on sale now for the event, scheduled to take place from October 10th through the 12th.
