As the 2020 race continues to move down the track, slowly approaching the true starting line, nearly all of the candidates are turning to extreme language to stand out.
This is just one of the many reasons why this enormous field is a terrible idea; it causes everyone to turn vitriolic in order to catch any of the limelight. It feeds directly into the mainstream media’s desire to keep us divided for the sake of ratings, and, when working in tandem, is a downright despicable duo.
While Mayor Pete Buttigieg may speak several languages, it only took one, English, in order for him to fully insult a wide swath of the American people today.
Asked by a reporter if he would try to win over the Trump supporters who engaged in that chant, Buttigieg said, “No.”
“The reality is there are a lot of committed racists whose vote I’m never going to get and that’s alright,” Buttigieg said.
Buttigieg has been slipping in the polls as of late, as the front-running quartet of Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, and Liz Warren begin to level out in polling.
“Mayor Pete” has also come under heavy criticism as of late for the lack of diversity in his supporters, as well as his handling of a police-involved shooting in Indianapolis weeks ago.Don't forget to Like Freedom Outpost on Facebook and Twitter, and follow our friends at RepublicanLegion.com.
