In order to convict someone of a crime and send them to prison we must produce evidence that proves guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt."

In order to launch missiles and kill innocent people (collateral damage) along with those who are suspected of guilt, all we need is a hunch.

Read those two sentences again and make sure you grasp it fully.

Prison = Proof Required

Death = Logical Hunch is Good Enough

This is what Denis McDonough, White House Chief of Staff, taught us yesterday as he made the rounds of the Sunday Political Shows.

In a CNN interview on "State of the Union" with host Candy Crowley, McDonough stated,

"All of that leads to, as I say, a quite strong common sense test, irrespective of the intelligence, that suggests that the regime carried this out. Do we have a picture or do we have irrefutable, beyond a reasonable doubt evidence? This is not a court of law. And intelligence does not work that way."

Not a "court of law" indeed. As you weed through the B.S. and rhetoric please think about what McDonough just told us. Since this is not a court of law we do not need evidence that is "beyond a reasonable doubt." After all, we are not trying to put these people in prison. We are only killing them.

This administration is in denial of proof that Syrian Rebels have chemical weapons. This has been proven by multiple sources, in fact the Rebels freely admit it and even if they did not admit it, they have been caught with chemical weapons. The Obama administration keeps claiming ignorance. Why? Because it does not support their agenda to act like they have that knowledge.

I don't know what I have to do to wake people up who are obviously under the spell of Obama and company. Think about this. Do you not think a few civilians, including women and children, will die from our missiles?

We are going to kill civilians, and some suspected bad guys on a hunch? Is this justice?

The truth is that they know they cannot prove it but they want permission to bomb Syria anyway. This is not the thinking of a "Nobel Peace Prize" winner. These are the thoughts of a power-driven maniac with an ego the size of Kenya.
