Back in October, I laid out simply facts that clearly demonstrate the Barack Hussein Obama is a traitor, as defined in the US Constitution. With treason comes a traitor's death. Now, one Republican has taken that very stand. Florida Congressional candidate Joshua Black (District 68) tweeted out his assertion on Monday saying that he was past impeachment and that Obama needed to be arrested and hanged.

Black is a Tea Party Patriot and was engaged by Chris Latvala, who is a candidate for District 67. Latvala, sounding more like an establishment RINO than a true Republican, blasted Black:

Black shot back about the embarrassment to the party comment, pointing out the utter corruption among establishment Republicans:

He then went on to cite our history and one name in particular came up, Benedict Arnold:

Black's comments about Obama were due to his views that Barack Obama is a war criminal in his use of drones that have murdered innocent people across the globe. He then went on television to defend his comments.

He said the Secret Service was waiting at his house to talk to him. The obvious question is, why? He was not calling for Obama's assassination. He was calling for justice to be meted out against a criminal, who just happens to be a resident of the White House.

"I believe that if you are a murderer, you should face the death penalty," Black said. "I believe that if you are a traitor to the United States that causes the deaths of other Americans, you should face the death penalty."

Black said that Obama should have to face the very same thing that George Zimmerman had to face when he was tried for the killing of Trayvon Martin.

"He had to face a trial, where people had to determine if he was guilty or not guilty of murder and then he would have to face the consequences," Black said.

When asked if he had regrets for saying what he did, Black didn't back down, but affirmed, "I believe that everyone, no matter what position they hold, particularly government officials, should have to face justice with regard to any criminal activity that any of the rest of us would have been arrested for."

When the host of the program he was on asked him how he felt because others like Latvala think he's a "flake," Black thought for a moment and declared, "If you want equal justice under the law; that means all the politicians have to come under the same law as everyone else. I don't think that's 'flakey.' I think that's justice."

"There's a history of politicians getting away with things that other people get locked away for years," said Black. "For example, all three of the last three presidents have each publicly admitted to smoking marijuana. Yet, there are people spending years in prison; some languishing away the rest of their lives."

Hallelujah! Here's a guy that gets it. No doubt, he is already being slammed by the neo-cons and the establishment Republicans, but he hit the nail on the head. Equal justice under the law means that even the man occupying the most powerful position in the country must be held to the same standard as those he serves and he must bear the weight of the same consequences as those he serves. Americans have forgotten justice and have opted for turning a blind eye towards criminals. Black is simply saying what many of us have been thinking all along and that is to hold elected officials to the same laws we are held to. May God grant this man a seat in the Florida legislature and may He grant justice when it comes to all politicians, including Barack Obama, when they violate the law.
