FPSRussia is one of the biggest video channels on YouTube. In January the FPsRussia channel's business partner Keith Ratliff was found murdered in Carnesville, Georgia and had all the makings of a professional hit. Kyle Myers, who is a Georgia native (yep, he's American, not Russian) and the guy you see on the FPSRussia videos that speaks with a Russian accent, demonstrating some of the most unique and awesome weapons on the planet, has had his home raided by the Bureau of Alcohol,Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

According to Online Athens:

U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents supervised the raid geared at finding explosives used by Kyle Myers, 26, because the ATF believes Myers may be violating a federal law regulating such explosives, according to ATF spokesman Richard Coes.

Federal agents, accompanied by Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents and deputies with the sheriff's offices in Franklin and Hart counties, raided the Royston residence of Myers. Authorities also raided on Tuesday the 60-acre farm of Lamar Myers, Kyle's father, in Lavonia.

No arrests were made, nor did Coes know if any explosives were seized.

"The idea at one of the locations was to take firearms, but they did not do that," Coes said.

Myers "was known to use explosives and I don't know if it was done with malicious intent," Coes said, adding that Myers was blowing up cars, refrigerators and other items for entertainment purposes.

The claim is that he was using explosives on the FPSRussia YouTube channel and getting paid for it. Everyone saw that he did use explosives to blow up refrigerators and cars. My personal favorite was the Act of Valor recreation, in which he used a launcher to take out a truck!

ATF believes Myers was violating the law. However, it seems that they are completely oblivious to the Second Amendment as they attempt to impose unlawful Federal laws. ATF doesn't understand the meaning of "shall not be infringed" anymore than the Socialists in our country.

Apparently ATF was using the Ratliff murder to move on Myers. 921Wlhr reports:

New developments in the ongoing investigation into the shooting death of Keith Ratliff – the owner of FPS Industries in Carnesville.

According to Franklin County Sheriff Stevie Thomas, federal investigators descended on Carnesville and Hart County Wednesday with warrants.

"On March 25th we were notified by agents with the ATF in Atlanta that they would be executing two search warrants signed by a federal magistrates," Thomas said. "One (warrant) in Franklin County and one Hart County. I notified the Hart County Sheriff and at 9a Wednesday morning, our officers met with the ATF agents at the Franklin County location."

"They were conducting an investigation regarding the explosives the pair were using on their You Tube show," Cleveland said. "They were blowing up cars and other things in Hart County on their farm. Agents were looking for explosives or anything connected to explosives that would have put them in violation of federal law."

Cleveland said Myers and Ratliff were using a kind of explosives that has to be mixed together.

"The way I understand it they were using Tannerite. It's legal up to a certain amount and agents were looking for any violations of federal guidelines," Cleveland said.

Cleveland wasn't sure if the investigation was tied to Ratliff's murder or not. He also did not comment as to whether ATF found anything illegal on the property.

So far, no suspects have been identified in Ratliff's murder.

Again, this is just another example of the ridiculous nature of the ATF. FPSRussia have been around for quite a while and nothing has ever been said, not even by the State of Georgia. Yet, an agency that trafficks guns illegally and knowingly across the U.S. / Mexican border thinks they have a superior position to come to law abiding (and by that I mean exercising Second Amendment rights) citizens and search his property.
