The dog owner should be responsible for paying the legal defense, fine, & any penalties assessed the gun owner, plus replace the weapon that was confiscated by “law enforcement”.

throw all muslims out of the country, if that is an impossibility dont let anotherone in close immigration to everybody. Shut the doors now , or this will continue , however I have a solution. All current prisoners on death row , life imprisonment no parole, all Guantanimo inmates , illegal immigrants , we send them all to the New US Penal Islands in the Aleutians in Alaska . We own all these islands, the acerage on some of the islands are in excess of 100,000 acres, put all theses prisoners who have broken the law in the US or threatened the US , give them 3 months of food and shelter , after that they areon their own. If they want to try and escape go for it we will have no guards on these islands , the only thing we will prevent is help in escaping from outside help. We will be monitoring these islands by satellite , to make sure noattempts by outside sources , or they will be blown out of the water. After 3 months those prisoners will be on their own to fend for themselves, growing vegatables or hunting for meat. This is not unusual punishment , or cruel we arenot killing anyone plus the 68 billion dollars it costs us to house these people will be saved to pay down the debt. This will also be a great deterrent for repeat offenders , people threatening our country , knowing that they might end up on these islands for life, survival of the fitest. In stead of paying 50 thousand a year to take care of these people , medical , housing , three meals a day , a roof over their heads, plus years and years of tying up the courts.
