Amnesty: You Should Know this List of Hundreds of Companies and Groups Supporting It

Following the government shutdown deal and the debt ceiling deal, both of which screwed the American people, Barack Obama said he was ready to get on with immigration reform, ie. amnesty for illegal aliens. However, many people are ignorant of the number of companies that support amnesty.

In letters sent to House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), over 450 major companies in the United States said they supported amnesty legislation. You can download a copy of the letters, along with a list of the signing companies here.

"Done right, reform will also serve to protect and complement our U.S. workforce, generating greater productivity and economic activity that will lead to new innovations, products, businesses, and jobs in communities across the United States," one of the letters reads.

NoAmnestyEmployAmericansImmigration reform as it is being presented will do nothing to either protect or help the US workforce. To add insult to injury, the signing companies wrote, "We cannot afford to be content and watch a generation-old immigration system work more and more against our overall national interest. Instead, we urge Congress to remain mindful of the clear benefits to our economy if we succeed, and work together and with us to achieve real, pro-growth immigration reform."

I'm pro-immigration, but I'm not pro-amnesty of those who have come here illegally. When it comes to that issue, I'm pro-law. These people have forgotten that the amnesty of the 80's is still considered the solution today. It is not. It was wrong then. It is wrong now.

The second letter seemed to be supportive of the failed Senate amnesty bill, noting that it "includes strong provisions along the lines of our recommendations, and we would encourage the House to adopt a similar approach."

According to John Feere:

The companies include well-known names like Hallmark Cards, Disney, CVS, the Cheesecake Factory, American Airlines, Wendy's, McDonald's, the Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Coca-Cola, T-Mobile, AT&T, UPS, Rubbermaid, and McCormick spices — just to name a few examples.

These companies cite a recent Congressional Budget Office report, arguing that the Senate bill would grow the economy. They conveniently left out the CBO estimate that even though the amnesty might make the economy larger, it would simultaneously make American workers poorer by lowering the wages of American workers for a decade or more. The companies claim the bill is an "opportunity to level the playing field for U.S. employers" but it is more of an effort to level the wages of American citizens.

It is difficult to understand how these companies can feel justified in demanding the importation of cheap labor with a straight face at a time when tens of millions of Americans are unemployed. The number of working-age (16 to 65) native-born Americans who are not working — unemployed or out of the labor market — stood at 57.5 million in the second quarter of 2013. The unemployed population is spread throughout the labor market and includes 25 million with no more than a high school education, 16 million with some education beyond high school, and nine million with at least a bachelor's degree.

Of course, powerful racists like La Raza (Spanish for "The Race) are also promoting amnesty for illegals in this country. This group takes in millions of dollars and seeks fully open borders. Like many in the Islamic community that are polished and put on display to promote Islam as peaceful, La Raza has also engaged in similar activities where they have helped to put radical, anti-American, racist MEChA plants into public respectability.

Between the companies and the lobbyists, the real people not being represented are the legal immigrants and the citizens of the United States. Since when are illegals to be represented by those that legal citizens have elected? It's been going on for quite a while now because we simply are not willing to enforce the law and removed the lawbreakers and send them back home.

In addition, Barack Obama wants to open up more immigration from Islamic countries, and as Richard Anthony pointed out the other day, it is ruthless thugs that Obama and company want to see enter the US.

I've written before that DHS has stated that for just over a $100 billion, Homeland Security could round up the illegals in the country and deport them back to where they came from. The solution we should be looking for is security, enforcing the law against lawbreakers and ensuring that the enemies of The United States are not allowed to enter our borders. This will result in greater national security and also will open up plenty of jobs for Americans who are being pushed out of the job market by an increasing number of illegals within our borders. In addition, we would save a lot of money on the welfare state by doing this, something that I'm sure many corporations in the US will not want to see take place.

Download the list companies supporting amnesty, and where possible let them know you do not support their efforts to reward lawbreakers in this country.

We are being lied to not only by politicians like the LIAR Rubio but by businesses seeking cheap labor. How unfortunate that none of the LIARS will have to compete for non existing jobs or see their wages decline. According to the CBO report that is what is in store for us, already the labor market is so flooded with foreign workers that businesses no longer has to offer career type jobs, over 70% of all new jobs are part time with no benefits forcing us to work two or three jobs just to survive stolen from us any hope of ever achieving the American Dream so that the Soros's and Zuckerberg's can increase their multi billions in wealth

Capitalist greed is now selling out American sovereignty and border security for profit. This is despicable and treasonous, at best. Of course, with a president that has a Photoshopped birth certificate and a stolen Social Security card that's what we should we expect, right?

If amnesty is approved, it will be the death knell for the American dream.

So happy to say that only 6 companies will I have to drop. Stuck with Verizon, however, in our area. Other than that, glad I don't deal with these corrupt and unpatriotic companies who think they are not getting fair competition. What happened to "Made in the USA" and it WAS THE BRAND to buy or use? Today, we don't do much in this country and they cry lack of competitiveness. Get a life, you companies because you need us and we don't need you because there are many alternatives.

There for a few minutes I thought they were endorsing the Obama amnesty plan. THEY ARE NOT. All of these companies are against rewarding illegal aliens with citizenship as Obama has proposed. Maybe they are sending a message to congress, all of congress. Let's hope so.

Geez, can't you fools see that we need a better government, don't you care about the people?

Thank you for the info. I'll call as many of these companies as possible and express my disgust. Criminal amnesty is absolutely out of the question and doing business with those whom support it is as well. Illegal aliens out... Lawful immigrants in. NO compromise.

      Call your representative.

Excellent article, Mr. Brown! There are many of us-over-the-hill (you might say) engineers and programmers forced to settle for part-time jobs because that is all that is available. You hit the nail on the head. So-called "Immigration reform" would not in any way protect, or be beneficial to, United States citizens.

What is more, is that amnesty would simply open the gates wide for yet MORE illegal aliens to enter our country. Why? Because when 11 or more million illegal aliens suddenly become "legal", do you think that they will be content to work in low-paying agricultural, landscaping, meat processing or domestic labor jobs? Hell no! Who would? No one with a functioning brain in their head. So guess what that will mean? There will now be even more illegals required to "do the jobs that Americans won't do".

And as far as opening the doors to more invasion from the Islamic hordes - WHY? Why isn't the United States opening its doors to Christians who are being persecuted, raped, maimed, murdered or forced to flee with only the clothes on their backs from the Islamic hell-holes where they now reside? Why not open our doors to those Christians in mortal danger from the resurgent and merciless adherents to the doctrine of Islamic jihad? These people would have no difficulties assimilating into the United States; and would indeed be grateful for the opportunity to survive in a civilized country. (But I guess with the current administration, no Christians need apply.)

But remember, the plan of these "globalists" was never about the American people - or American sovereignty. I'm sure you recall the so-called "Security and Prosperity Partnership" plan agreement that was signed (with the utmost secrecy, with no debate in Congress or by the American people) by Vicente Fox, Paul Martin and then President Bush that would essentially have robbed the United States, Canada and Mexico of their sovereignty. The lame scream (useless) media whispered not a word of this treason. The only journalist who had the cojones to not only mention this fiasco, but keep trying to educate the American people about it was old-time U.S. Marine, Lou Dobbs. This "plan" was right out of the CFR; and was just the first phase of what was planned for this hemisphere. In time, there would no longer be sovereign nation states in either North - or South America. We would essentially be reduced to a duplicate image of the European Onion (yes, I know, Union).

The European Onion - and the consequent loss of national control over who those countries would permit to emigrate, and all other decisions that rightly belong being made by a sovereign nation state all started with the 1957 "Club of Rome" agreement, which was supposedly only about "free trade". Now where have I heard that one before? Yep, NAFTA, CAFTA, et al. Sorry. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Think United States Constitution, Article IV, Section IV, which reads as follows:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion..."

Now exactly what part of "invasion" don't our elected "representatives" understand?

Love it! 24 simple words of supreme unchangeable law that are absolutely more than enough to convict Holder of sedition and treason - AS PRESENTED!

To save the Constitution, we must use it, over and over again, word by word,
until no one can deny it, no elected official or government employee can ignore it without being recalled, and any elected official who breaches, defies, or mocks it is prosecuted to the fullest extent of law in every court level and
      district in the USA!

Send this Congressional oath to your legislators: (their voluntary oath & duty)

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully
discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. [So help me

If your legislator votes for anything other than immediate arrest and removal of illegal aliens plus any who protect them, sue to prosecute and remove them from office for breach of oath and duty of office in state or local courts where you can remove judges for failing to honor their oath! Also note Constitution,
Article VI, Clauses 2 & 3 (ALL JUDGES ARE BOUND ALIKE). The covenants & guarantees are for the people not seditious politicians & judges!
