It’s Time to Call for the Arrest of Criminal Politicians in Washington

Every single day when I turn on the news, I am appalled and shocked beyond belief at the flagrant lawlessness of our elected officials. For some reason, they absolutely do not believe they are held to the same lawful standards as you or I. I'll take it a step further and say that they do not feel compelled to obey the laws that they legislate.

No one can tell me that there isn't a double standard here. I thought that Congress could not pass laws that they were exempt from. Here is a perfect example of what I mean in an article published by Forbes.

"When the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") was being debated, proponents were accused of saddling Americans with inferior and expensive health care while keeping generous coverage for themselves at taxpayer expense. To rebut that allegation and build confidence in the bill, a provision was added mandating that members of Congress – and their staff members – get their coverage through the new exchange system the bill set up. Now that the time to sign up for exchange coverage is nearing, a Democratic member, Rep. John Larson (D., Conn.), is saying that "this is simply not fair" – as key staff members head for the exits to avoid Obamacare."

"Simply not fair," is this clown Larson serious? A statement like that is comparable to gross stupidity of Nancy Pelosi, when she said, with regards to Obamacare, "We have to pass the bill to see what's in it."

I'm sure all of you are in agreement with me. It is time to hold our lawmakers accountable to the same standards and laws that we have to follow. For as long as we let them get away with this, our very freedom will disappear. We should be calling for the arrest of these criminal politicians. It would be within our power to do as a large majority of our elected officials have by word or deed broken their oaths of office, and in doing so violated the constitution they are sworn to uphold.

Let's start with the arrest of every single lawmaker who signed Obamacare. We were told (by the President) "This is not a tax" and yet when it was taken to the Supreme Court for deliberation, the President's own lawyers argued that by being a "tax" it was legal and therefore, constitutional. We all know how that turned out, don't we?

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives. . ."

Are those words meaningless and do we have the right to hold them accountable? Yes, I believe we do.

Another violation was perpetrated by Diane Feinstein recently and in her latest letter to Janet Napolitano, Senator Dianne Feinstein wrote:

"Immigration and Customs Enforcement has wisely used its prosecutorial discretion to defer removal of young people who arrived in the United States without documentation as children.… I respectfully suggest that you adopt a similar policy of exercising prosecutorial discretion to defer enforcement against agricultural employers and workers, and concentrate instead on removing those who would and have harmed our society, rather than those who contribute to our vital agricultural economy and heritage, and the safe and high-quality food supply that benefits all Americans."

What further proof do we need that these lawmakers are breaking the laws which they write and have sworn to uphold? How much longer are we going to allow these criminals to brazenly flaunt these violations and trample on the constitution? We have been taxed, lied to, and spied on for almost 5 years! It's time to take matters into our own hands and hold these people accountable for their crimes against this nation.

Arrest 'em? There isn't enough prison space to hold 'em for trial. I would suggest an open season and no bag limit. Selling licenses on specific politicians with competitive bidding would probably garner enough income to retire the national debt within two years. Oh yes, put a bounty on any paid lobbyists.

Have the bikers go to Washington and make citizens arrest. Looks like the military is in Obama's back pocket.

If Obama is the smartest man in America, I would think he would hop on a foreign plane and get out of America like Snowden, before the patriots get there hands on him. Not to smart to stick around with as many who hate him, and what he has done to America.

I agree, LONG past time, should have been done many decades ago. In 1965 I watched as a child as they stole all our silver from our coins and the 'greatest generation' did nothing! I saw the criminal activity at 13 yrs. old and these 'adults' were blind?? This has been going on for WAY too long, nobody (except us) ever goes down, what will it take America? Maybe nuclear war? I see very few signs of life here, is anybody still alive or is everybody brain dead?

A Nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious, but it cannot survive TREASON FROM WITHIN. A enemy at the Gates is less formidable, for he is known, and he carries his banners openly, but the traitor moves among those within the gate freely. His sly whispers rustling thru all the galleries, heard in every hall of government, itself.
For the traitor appears, not as a traitor, he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments. He appeals to the BASENESS that lies in the heart of all men. He rots the soul of a Nation. He works secretly and unknown in the night,to undermine the pillars of the city. He INFECTS THE BODY POLITIC, so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be Feared! - Cicero 42 BC
We MUST Resist and Fight to be Free or we shall forevermore, be relagated to lurking in the darkness of a Dictator and Communism.

I would suggest having replacement congressional and POTUS candidates before doing anything foolish, but I certainly would be behind having the military arrest all those who have not kept their oath of office. There needs to be a more prudent means for removing these people when congress refuses to move to impeach those who so obviously should be. In this case, even if the House brought charges against obama, the Senate would not do their job impartially, that is a major problem. Perhaps maybe a means whereby each state could send a special delegate specifically to hear and judge the charges. That not being the case, we are either stuck, we need to enlist the aid of the military, or we have to have a revolt to depose the ruler just as those in the middle east have been doing.

Where is this in The Constitution?
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives. . ."

As far as I am aware, this is only a dream 28th amendment. Someone, please enlighten me.

      You are correct.

I would take great pride in seeing Obama, Hillary, John McCain, John ( They call me Mr. Chin ) Kerry and the rest in handcuffs !

How would you propose to pull THAT off? Now, if you're calling for a citizen's arrest following Civil War II, that, and only that, would work. Remember, these weasels spend billions of OUR tax dollars to protect themselves from US.

    • JC

That's what gun control and the purchase of a couple of billion rounds of ammunition by the alphabet cops are all about. Oh! and let's not forget the 1500 (so far) light tanks for domestic use...

  • AtomicMetroid

If one bomb is dropped in Syria, the public needs to issue arrest warrants for all who voted yes. The military needs to work for the people and enforce the arrest warrants. Israel politicians need to be arrested immediately for war crimes, and for firing the last missle. All the lunatic Zionists will be stopped by the gentiles(non-humans, animals). I guess we can use those FEMA camps to put these criminals for now.

And who are you going to call? Great idea, but not very practical.

It's been proven that politicians believe in their hearts that they are above the law - that laws that 'they' pass are made for everyone else. They truly believe that they can change the law for whatever little bitty circumstance they so desire to complete a personal agenda. Crooks, criminals, law breakers - yes, there are many that have been caught red-handed and nothing happens to them. They will continue to think that they are special until they have to suffer the same consequences that we all would suffer if caught in criminal acts.
