    THis is a very confused General, the USSR colapsed under its own inniffiecient communist state planning system. Remember the words of the workers, we predend to work and they predend to pay us. The tipping point for the USSR was the 50% spending on the military and the Afghan war. And lets not forget steadfestness of NATO for over over 35 years and the American Army standing guard on the Check border. Alcaeda and its dead leader Osama Bin Laden masterminded the 9/11 because our leadership was assleep at the wheel.
