The Obama Idolators haven't been fervent in their veneration of him and lauding him as the Messiah. Now they have gone even further in their blasphemy of attempting to deify Barack Hussein Obama. Hold on to your hats folks, for this is what blasphemy looks like, up close and personal. In Charlotte, North Carolina, just miles from where I live they are actually selling photo calendars that contain a direct parallel to Barack Obama's birth and John 3:16 which speaks of God sending His only begotten Son into the World. In fact, it cannot be more explicit that this is the parallel being drawn that the picture for August, with the biblical reference has the alleged birth certificate of Barack Obama, indicating that he is God's Son.
“The Cult of Obama staggers on,” writes David Weigel of Slate.com. “The streets near the convention zone are dotted with vendors selling for-us-by-us Obama merch [sic].”
Among the available merchandise, Weigel came across a photo calendar attributed to James Hickman and offered by a man who reportedly claimed to be Hickman’s nephew.
Most of the calendar’s months are filled with complimentary photos of Obama and factoids about the history of black Americans, but for the August entry (the month of Obama’s birth), the photo features the short-form birth certificate originally purported to be Obama’s and the words, “Heaven Sent: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life – John 3:16.”
While the biblical verse refers to Jesus Christ as the sent Son of God, the calendar page, with Obama’s purported birth certificate and a separate photo of sunlight streaming down on the sitting president’s profile, seems to suggest the “heaven sent” is not Jesus, but Obama.
While the calendar is not endorsed by the Obama campaign, clearly there are those that look to Barack Obama as their Messiah. In fact, it was Louis Farrakhan that called him that.
But the coronation of Barack Obama, as incomprehensible as it sounds, has spread abroad. In 2009 a Dutch news paper, in and editorial, read "Obama is, of course, greater than Jesus." Some of the reports, paintings and websites over the past few years are just plain creepy and filled with messiah references to Obama.
We’ve got to get out and vote for the president,” Hickman states. “We just can’t forget about the last four years and what he did for us. Hey! That’s a hard-working man. I give up love and everything to Obama.”
Now ladies and gentleman that is worship. This is a dangerous place to be for Mr. Hickman and others like him, for they have exalted a mere man to the place of God. I'm wondering how these people will react should Barack Obama lose in November like many of us hope that he will.
My friends, there is only one Messiah and Barack Hussein Obama is not Him. There is only one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that can save men from their sins.
