    This is rubbish. As an Australian, I was and am, more worried about being killen by a snake than with a gun. Look at actual crime statistics:

    I’m personally glad that we don’t have easy access to guns in Australia, but we have NEVER had the problem with massive ownership of guns and automatic weapons that America has had. I think it is truly sad what has been happening in America, but please don’t drag our country into the gun control debate. Gun control is working for us.

    Yes, they found out the hard way that – NO – ,, politician can be trusted.. with the safety of them ,, nor their families…
    ThaMK – God – ,,, we have the NRA in this country. Without them ( of which I ,, am a member, and you ,, should be too ) the politicians would have banned all,,,, guns of any kind long ago. This all started seriously in the – Roaring 20′s – when mobs ruled the streets.

    Today is no different. Thugs , bums, and criminals still run rampant in society ( and a h e l l of a lot of them are politicians ) .
    For every weapon banned ,,, just means they are that much closer to – completely – controlling your life , liberty, and pursuit of happiness .

    Make no mistake, – ANY – WEAPONS – bans only enslaves the population to the government. NOT ONE CRIMINAL ,,, PAYS ANY ,, ATTENTION TO LAWS . :)

    Doubtless the politicians will try to explain away the fact that they have screwed up by disarming the lawful citizens to try to cover their own posteriors on this world class mistake. I am sure the criminals will alway be grateful to the politicians for helping making crime a profitable and thriving enterprise. Mayor Bloomberg, Diane Feinstein and Hillary Clinton are hard at work try get guns banned at the earliest possible date. Does anyone want to trust the politicians with the lives and safety of their family?
