Adam Smith offers Apology Video To Rachel Then Tries To Jusitfy His Stand


adam smithAdam Smith, the man that berated Rachel at the Chick-Fil-A, made an apology video of sorts. While he does apologize to Rachel, which seems genuine and honest, he continues on with his rant against Chick-Fil-A not realizing that he is distorting the truth, which is just as wrong as what he did to Rachel. What the problem is in the video is he fails to see the ‘destructive nature of the homosexual community’ and the hatred that they clearly show. He continues to put forth a lie that homosexuals rights are under attack. The problem is that he is promoting special rights for homosexuals. They already possess the same rights as everyone else.

    I believe Smith is genuine in his apology ro Rachel. However, he still doesn’t get it when attempts to justify his actions against the “hateful” corporation Chick Fil A. Adam, you’re pathetic. Mr. Cathy was simply speaking of his own personal belief when he stated support of the concept of marriage between a man and a woman. It’s called free speech. If he chooses to support straight causes, it’s his choice. Just like it’s your choice to be a jerk.

    I think his apology is sincere, just still half-blind. Specifically, his characterization of Chick-Fil-A as “haters and anti-human rights” because the leaders of the company believe marriage is between a man and a woman and his characterization of his diatribe against Rachel as “frustration.” Actually, Chick Fil A is more like Rachel… loving people, even though the leaders have a position that disagrees with his. And his was not frustration – it was hatred.

    This guy is an embarrassment to his employer. He’s a twisted impressionable zealot who doesn’t get it. This had nothing to do with Gay rights but became an attack on silencing free speech. Chick-fil-A does hire Gays if this guy wants to apply for a job there.

    Chick fil A supports organizations they agree with and have the same values as, but they don’t discrimate against gays. They never have or never will not hire someone or serve someone in their restaurant because they are gay.

    You know what is sad… He says that “the gays are under attack.” I beg to differ on that statement. How are gays being attacked? because someone mentions he follows the bible and happens to own a business? How about us being attacked when my 6 year old son comes home with gay propaganda from his school. At this point my family is being attacked. This is not a one sided battle.
