Tea Party Slams James Earl Jones On Racism Comments

The voice of Darth Vader claimed that the Tea Party had in fact slipped to the Dark Side and were racists. The Tea Party Patriots are not standing for it. In fact, they are using their ‘force’ to call James Earl Jones’ bluff.

The group’s Facebook page was explicit in decrying Jone’s comments and called him to apologize.

Today, the nation’s largest tea party organization called on actor James Earl Jones to apologize for his divisive and irresponsible comments.

“This is another example of an actor playing the politics of division and deceit,” said Jenny Beth Martin, national coordinator of Tea Party Patriots. “It is time to come together as one nation to overcome the economic drag Washington politicians have imposed on all Americans.”

It seems to me that since James Earl Jones has openly declare that he was raised to be a racist, that it would be very difficult for him to fully rid himself of and his comments demonstrate that. He sounded just like Juan Williams calling the Tea Party racists, only in Williams case he had the feisty Michelle Malkin eat his lunch and demand that he name the incidents of racism or retract his comments.

Jones should do the same and in the future he should stick to the script of his movies rather than coming out and claiming the baseless charge of racism in a party that is comprised of various ethnic groups united around a common goal and that is taking America back.

I was really disappointed in his comments; thought he was a true Christian from things I’ve read. I don’t understand how he can even say he was raised as a racist. I’m from the South and have and always have had true friends of other races.

Another example of a Hollwood type bloviating in an area of which he has little or no expertise. He is an excellent actor, unfounded statements, particularly is the political arena, diminish simply dimish his aura.

Lets remember that clowns like Jones live and work in the pretend world of Hollywood. After a number of years in this situation, it appears to be pretty common for them to no longer tell ‘pretend’ from ‘real’ and have had liberal Hollywood directors telling them their every mood, move and emotion all day every day. Brainwashing works.

I’ve always thought JE Jone’s acting talents were greatly overblown. Without that sonorous baritone voice of his, he’d not have gotten many of the gigs he’s had. Now with his leftist and patently slurring comments, I hope that prick gets none at all.

  • disgusted demacrat

I jones wants to see a racist all he need do is look in a mirrow..

  • Lowell

Black Americans think when they call someone racist they think it should have the same effect as screaming fire in a crowded building. I hate to rupture their bubble but the effect is gone, they have worn it out. James Jones is a big disappointment. I thought he was above that or should be.

    • REMAINFREE

I am so glad you pointed that out! …..The Race Card, that is….. It is so overused and pathetic. Get over it already.

  • AJP

Maybe the NEGRO James Earl Jones should join the Al and Jessis Club and see who can make the most noise there nothing but a Bunch of want to be.

  • AJP

Anybody who goes and buy’s a Ticket or watch it on TV are just as bad as those NEGRO’S who yell’s RACIST Those people are in NEVER NEVER LAND Completly off Balanceas a matter of fact the whole State of California one floor short.

  • bobbylang

    Heck!!!
I don’t know a group Less Racist than the “Tea Party”l!
Not only are the large numbers of attendant “Black” folks enthusiastic, but vocal in their love of this country, and its government and the “Constitution” as it was proposed!
they continually rally the faint-hearted among of us!!
Their articulate and rational dialogues, and their high level of commitment to this nation is inspirational and praiseworthy!
I find it hard to believe James Earl Jones was raised to be racist, I hope it is NOT so, but if he’d like to have a real “Come to Jesus” moment in his life, he could not do better, than the come to a “Tea Party” meeting– — Any one, and he’ll have a sight, to change his misguided life!!

  • moberndorf

I have always thought that Jones was a reasonable, intelligent man. Oh, well. Another illusion shattered…

I, too, have seen James Earl Jones in a number of movies and always admired his screen presence and his acting ability coupled with that incredible voice. I just wish all the Hollywood people would stick to what they do best – acting. Every time I hear of an actor “come out” against the Conservative movement, I lose a lot of respect for him or her.

  • Big Dan

He has. lost my respect. He is just another talking head for HIS president as the fake in the White House and all his media cronies keep bolstering him up. I am always amazed at the hypocrites who call the Tea Party racist, like the New Black Panthers (now that is the pot calling the kettle black) and not taking any responsibility themselves. Stick to acting and reading scripts, after all, it not for tele-prompters, Obama could not put two sentences together without getting upset.

Firstly just as celebrities have the freedom to voice their opinion, so too, do others have the freedom to ignore them.
It is time that celebrities realize this and accept the fact they influence no one,.
Secondly both sides best understand what it is to be a racist and stop overuse of the word which only serves to take away the severity of the word.
Thirdly ,if you have nothing positive to say, then, say nothing would be a good admontion to heed
Lastly the hypocrisy of POLITICAL CORRECTNESS is nothing less than an infringement of FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
When you allow others to take away your freedom of speech, you are vulnerable to lose others such as religion, press, assembly and the right to petition government for redress of grievances.

    • fort9erdon

Freedom of the press is already gone. It left when George Soros bought out a major portion pf every major media in the US. If you want to work for any of the Soros media outlets (the majority of them all) you are either a liberal, blasting the liberal agenda, ……. or your unemployed!

Plain ignorance. Most blacks are just like this clown. I wish they would stop making a#### of themselves by making unfounded statements they can not prove because there isn’t any. I wonder if these fools get some kind of rush by saying dumb things. There are other ways to make others think you are informed, be informed. When trying to defend the fraud, impossible, the question asked; what has he done for America, discussion over. “They go into, you just picking on him cause he black” They sound like a complete idiot and that gives me the jitters. How can any race of people be so stupid to follow a group that has been slave owners of that very race and continues to keep them in bondage through the mind by making the black think they are the only ones that care for them and can lead and help them. The democrat party use the same lies generation to generation of blacks. They don’t have to change because the blacks have a short memory and rely on black pimps to keep them informed with lies provided by the slave masters. My people you are hopeless, but a few are getting it but not enough for me. You don’t want to hear the truth about the fraud. You get viscous when someone gives you facts and in many cases you attack the messenger like some wild animal.

    • Sharon Clemmer

You awesome and highly educated. We need more mentors and people like yourself telling it like it is. Also, why is it that Black Democrats not realize that their party is the party of the KKK???????????

  • arich

Morgan Freeman stated something along the same line. He said whites who didn’t vote for Obama were racist. Yeah Mr. Freeman who pays the majority of your salary? Although I must admit that it did give me a big chuckle when I saw BATMAN BEGINS and Freeman is the co-designer of the many Batman gadgets when in reality he’d be better suited as his porter or janitor.

  • Blair

I loved James Earl Jones as Darth Vader in the early Star Wars movies. Now he’s just a typical Hollyweird libtard.

    • GK

Loved JEJ in Hunt for Red October etc. hatted him as Darth Vader. I’ll judge him personally, as I do all others, by the content of his charachter … something he doesn’t show too much of judging by his recent comments.

    • Blair

I loved him in The Hunt for Red October too. Alec Baldwin was the best Jack Ryan. James Earl Jones wasn’t the body of Darth Vader.
He was the voice of Darth Vader. David Prowse, who was the Minotaur in a John Pertwee episode of Doctor Who, was the body of
      Darth Vader.

    • sandman4X4

yes he was great in Hunt For Red October, but he has to be one of the greatist actors of all time to to pull of being a great patriot and man of inteligence, same for alec baldwin, a real jerk in real life, but mand can he act like a great hero in the movies, must have a load of talent to pull that off, “dont worie I once played a pilot” in the comercials, for credit cards of all things, I wonder how many lives have been ruined because someone took the bait for a credit card they didn’t need, want or could manage, huh?

    • Blair

Yes, it is. Alec’s brother, Adam, was Major John Casey in Chuck. Stephen’s a Born Again Christian.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_NDLP364H6PKCPY7OIU6NI6HRSM Dont Tread On Me 1

Adam Baldwin is NOT related to Alec or Stephen Baldwin. Just thought you would like to know.

    • Blair

      I thought he was.

    • John

What do you expect he is black and has to go down with the ship(The BO Enterprise) … just ignore him he is not that smart … it’s his Nat Geo scripts that give him credibility

    • Blair

The Herald of Socialist Statism. Agreed.

    • alio

He was just another actor to me, and I hardly ever go to movies, but I can definitely say, that man has a racial problem and it’s his own, not ours.

    • Blair

I liked him as Admiral Greer. Alec Baldwin was the best Jack Ryan.
Harrison Ford and Ben Afleck were miscast.

    • 1SARGENTO2

      HE IS A STUPID N I G G E R I HATE HIM IN ANYTHING. HE NEEDS A DIRT NAP.

    • Revere

And yet you just proved his point . Thanks!
I’ll remember to use it when Michelle Malkin asks for specific examples.of racism in the Tea party.

A black kid asks his dad, “Dad, what’s democracy?” (Wait…the kid doesn’t know his Dad…let’s start over….)

A black kid asks his mom, “Mama, what’s a democracy?”
“Well, son, that’s when whites work every day so we can get all our benefits!”
“But mama, don’t the white people get pissed off about that?”
“Sure they do, but that’s called RACISM”

    • ERB

      you want to Racism:
      WE have a BLACK CAUCUS,
      WE don’t have:
A white, asian, latino, or any other groups in a caucus.

    • General

Name calling, not productive. But, very telling. Thank you for proving that racists are alive and well in the Tea Party.

    • 1SARGENTO2

HEY GENERAL P HU CK UP. HOWS DOES THIS WORK FOR YOU.
Dang Right i m a RACIST. know how that came to be???……………the black man has pushed me into it.
use to be I didn’t care one way or the other…..but after all the whining, complaining, the attitude, lack of respect for fellow man, unwillingness to get an education, behaving like low life criminals (assault, battery, murder, drug dealiing), being lazy and not willing to work, wanting to live off the government dole, etc etc. by the BLACKS………….

      I’ve become a racist.

thanks blacks…..you did your job very well.

I’M A RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A FULL FLEDGED RACIST. NOW!!!!!!!!! GUESS WHO MADE ME THIS WAY?????? HINT: IT WAS NOT THE WHITE RACE. LOOK AT THE FILTHY COMMUNITIES YOUR WONDERFUL INTELLIGENT BLACKS LIVE IN. ANIMALS………

    • Blair

      Shut your pie hole.

    • 1SARGENTO2

GO SUCK ON A MAGGOT BLAIR. IS THAT THE BEST YOU COULD COME UP WITH??? TAKE YOUR MOMMA’S P A N T IES OFF YOUR HEAD.

    • Blair

Is that all you can come up with? You’re racist jackass who belongs in the Aryan Nations. Take your own advice, 1SARGENT.

  • Robert

I take exception to his remarks there is more evidence that the tea party is not a racist group and never has been. The tea party is made up of many people of all races and genders and for the most part are held together by the belief in America. Smaller government that is dedicated to the people and the principles laid down by the founding fathers. Dirty Diaper Head Obama and his merry minyan make many claims of racism whenever anything is said that goes against his wishes. As for Mr. Jones it would seem obvious that he is done what most of the tea party members have not done. He is obviously turned to the dark side.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Richard-Allan-Sims/1250302910 Richard Allan Sims

I am a member of a local Tea Party and would like to state that our organization is more diverse than the Democrat Party. We have blacks, hispanics, other foreign born members and even an Iranian in our group.

  • mesaman

Senility does not discriminate. Jones is over the top and seems to be incoherent. He could well be on his way to a Hollywood care center. Sad that he chose now, and this subject, to show his infirmity.

there are a lot of people saying things without facts to back them up ! i guess it’s a little different when you have to pen or think about what your going to say for yourself instead of a writer doing the dirty work for you!

I am a TEA PARTY member. I live in IL when Obama ran for Congress I voted for him. After seeing his work or should I say lack of I haven’t voted for him since, I supported Herman Cain and I am a big fan of Congressman West from FL. So how does that make me a Racist? What we have here is another Paranoid Limosine Liberal with this head up his arse.

    • jimpeel

That is how he sees the world through the rose colored glass in his navel.

    • Floyd

Talking of Herman Cain, who was an excellent choice for President, where did all the hoes go that were accusing him of “sexually related” misconduct. It is amazing how our laws/government let pieces of sh…, like them totally destroy a man’s integrity and reputation (Cain’s), and disappear into the woodwork.

    • LikedTheOldUSABetter

Especially those who have committed the same actions. Washington DC is nothing but a HUGE brothel…..everybody is screwing someone. Those who are slinging the mud are the WORST of hypocrits.

We need to clean house (and Senate!)

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Richard-Allan-Sims/1250302910 Richard Allan Sims

There are only two things that drive D.C.: Sex and money. Combine those items with politics and you have a moral and spiritual disaster. There was a good book written by Chuck Colson (I think) that explains how easy it is to lose your perspective in Washington. Temptation abounds.

    • T Lady

You are so right, and it is for that reason Mr. Colson is sorely missed.

    • alio

Bill Clinton already had a woman chaser reputation before he hit the White House. Most of them have stories to tell about their sexual activities in D.C. Some are just more discreet and don’t make the headlines.
Most of them skrew the Americans all the time anyway.

    • alio

Amazing the ho’s left when he finally resigned. I still say Axelrod was behind that woman in Chicago who lived in the same bldg.
Axelrod is not to be trusted. Funny to me, so many of our current politicians are from Chicago, the crime city. hmmmm?

    • 57chero

To bad you are part of what started this little problem for voting for the foreigner in the first place. Should have done your homework – first – .. But being a democrap none of you morons do lol.

Seems you have sense enough to admit you are or were wrong though :) .Though that alone is not a pass for you .
