    This is why we must take a stand. People laugh at us ,tell us we are freaks or are too religious. Listen these things come on slow and over take you quickly. It’s like the ols song, Sinwill take you farther than you want to go. I used to tell my son, sin is like getting wet when you didn’t even know you were going swimming. It’s so slow and then wham it’s got you by the throat!!!!! I don’t care how many people laugh or make fun I have grandsons I want to protect.

    These things don’t happen all at once but are the results of a gradual slide. One step gets two then three. This is also correct that once the shield of traditional marriage is diluted it is only a matter of time before the next shoe drops. There are people out there who ‘love’ their animals, enough of which could and will demand the ‘right’ to marry their pets. Look at the loons in PETA. There are obviously quite a few people in polygamous relationships who would also come crawling out of the woodwork. Look at the Free Love group as well as Muslims. This is exactly what the liberals/progressives are hoping for. Nothing puts these people in power better than a degraded population looking for special favors. Just look at what liberalism has done over the past 50 years to degrade our civilization, morals, laws and culture. We have trouble brewing and sadly, there is little we can do to stop and reverse it.

    I dunno if that was the intent, but you make a very sound argument. The effects of homosexual marriage in legislation is much more harmful than just keeping two men from being together. This is a political perversion liberals make out to be an issue of freedom, where all it does is limit our defenses from the government and perverse laws of supposed discrimination.
